BREAKING: Georgia Judge Rules Cameras Will Be Allowed in Courtroom if Trump Indicted

Watching Levin, Hannity, Kirk shed buckets of tears has been hilarious.
I'm kinda sad Lou Dobbs got fired.
Can Levin's voice go any higher? And what is that bloated cheese curd Hannity saying about all this?

Wonder if I can find a good channel to watch it own where the commentators seldom speak but type comments and analysis on a banner at the bottom.

Do we want to start a betting pool?
What could be the items we wager on?
Will tRump take the stand?

Where do you get this up to the minute information? X?
National media is reporting the rushed testimony called today. They are all camped outside the courthouse. Duncan and the reporter were scheduled for tomorrow. That just changed to 'right now'. Something's going down, no doubt.

 not sure about Hannity's strange comments about cheese curds. First I've heard of them.

The “work” is either done or it isn’t done…….
It can be done with superseding indictments on the way. Jack Smith did it that way with the doc's case. You just never know.

There's going to be a popcorn shortage.

America might finally be able to watch the spectacle of a former president being criminally indicted live on their television and phone screens. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia — where a grand jury is contemplating that exact indictment — ruled Monday morning to allow cameras in the courtroom if and when such an indictment occurs.

Former President Donald Trump has already been arrested and indicted three times this year, once in Manhattan over hush money payments allegedly paid to Stormy Daniels and twice by the feds over the classified documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago and his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
and liquor....people will probably literally tailgate the trial footage.

No lawyer here, but for the sake of argument, doesn’t a superseding indictment require an original indictment?

It's being reported on CNN. Duncan was to testify tomorrow and in fact confirmed that this AM but he and another witness scheduled for tomorrow were seen entering the court just awhile ago and confirmed his testimony was changed to today. Can only assume the presentation to the GJ is going well. I'm guessing tonight or tomorrow morning the indictment comes down.

PS I don't do X ....just too much all the time.

Not sure if I should make this it's own subject, but Reuters was watching the Fulton County courts and saw the POSSIBLE indictment about to be handed down before it got yanked almost as fast as it went up
Link to the story:

Link to the possible indictment charges:
Wow! If that ends up being correct……RICO charges!

Yes. It's part of an ongoing investigation that has already been partially charged. More evidence is found, and more charges are added to the original. You can imagine, with a case of this magnitude, every time you get one witness in to testify, you learn of more possible witnesses. That's why this sort of case takes so damn long.

The' DA's office is not taking any questions - -so they may have been hacked and some fool put that up as a "joke" that's why i was wary of giving it it's own thread. If those are the charges - the RICO is going to hit him hard and I don't see how he doesn't get some actual jail time out of this

That doesn’t make sense. I think you need something before it can be superseded.

That document sure looked real. If it was a fake, it sure got a lot of us going. ;) ;) ;)

As long as Willis has taken to put all this together, let's hope it's real. In a real world, Trump goes to prison, and he's not alone.

It's a document that amends and replaces the original indictment, listing the formal charges against a defendant. A grand jury typically approves a superseding indictment after additional information or evidence has been obtained, and the new document usually adds charges or defendants to the case.Jul 28, 2023
