Trump looking to sell the rights to his DC hotel suggests to me that he will not be running in 2024. Sure, I could be wrong, but it was a cash cow for him before. Why would he throw that away if he's planning on being elected again?

I seriously doubt that Mr. Obama (who IS a "two time actual presidential winner") is going to be endorsing any Republican candidates.

Mr. Bush (GW) will be 78 years old (assuming that he is still alive) in 2024 and he didn't endorse many Republican candidates in 2020.

I seriously doubt that there will be any "two time actual presidential winner" other than Messrs Obama and Bush (GW) who will be alive in 2024.

Biden's lowest approval has dipped below some of Trump's approval peaks.

If it can be said that someone lost Afghanistan, we did. Granted we had an agreement to withdraw with the opposing force, but there was apparently bad planning and overly optimistic expectations of the government we were supporting.
So yeah, that 68% are probably right, and Bush is the one who let it become nation building Afghanistan instead of just taking down the Taliban. Obama didn't fix it, and while Trump set up the withdrawal deal, clearly they needed better people on it.
