Justice for James: Black Cop Shoots Unarmed White Veteran in Orange, TX over Racial Slur
By David Bellow
Justice for Trayvon Martin? How about Justice for James Whitehead? James Whitehead was a white veteran who had recently come back from war. Orange, TX Police Officer Robert Arnold (who has a history of violence)See: Texas Conservative Republican News: Police Officers Say Orange, TX Cop Wrongfully Killed Unarmed War Hero over Racial Slur. Now Killer Wants Back on the Force shot and killed unarmed James Whitehead. Arnold is black. Arnold was not in his uniform and did not have a badge. Whitehead got into a verbal altercation about a bad part for his vehicle. James Whitehead did not ever get violent or attack Arnold or anyone else. Whitehead was wrong to get into a verbal altercation but at most he would have gotten a ticket and a fine. Whitehead decided to stop arguing and just leave and that is when Arnold shot the unarmed man dead right on the spot. Arnold was fired for the incident and for his other violent past incidents. Even Arnold's fellow police officers wanted Arnold to be charged with murder. Arnold was never charged and got away with murder. Arnold has enlisted race baiter Lawyer Cade Bernsen (the white Al Sharpton) to sue the city claiming he was fired because he was black and not because he shot an unarmed white man.
Why is there no outrage or protests from Al Sharpton for the countless times a black person kills an unarmed White, Hispanic or Black person?

But hey, That's okay the victim is a "Creepy Ass Cracka" so it can't be a hate crime. Open season on "Whitey" Obama, Sharpton and Jackson claim that's okay. Since when has it become permissible to murder over words?

Why? Is TX a liberal state? How come "Arnold was never charged and got away with murder".
I was skeptical of the source so I ran searches on the names of both James Whitehead and Robert Arnold. No results.
EDIT:
Ah, should have ran them together. There are some articles from 2011.

And yet you complain about the source yet do not provide what you found?

It took a little digging but here is the Complete Internal Investigation Report, the Suspension Letter to the officer, the reported legal reasoning for reinstating the officer's job. Arnold was no-billed by a grand jury, and suspended indefinitely without pay from the police force.

Why isn't Governor Rick Perry taking care of this?
What is the point,and/or purpose of this thread?
Because we know it is the President's job now.Besides, the cop could have been his brother.
The letter regarding his suspension was particularly informative.
Most of us know better than to get mouthy and physical with cops.

Especially since cops have a habit of overusing force. Still not sure how this case is at all related to the martin/zimmerman case. Since in this case, the officer was punished, suspended indefinitely without pay. The grand jury no-billed him, finding his use of force was warranted, and the police chief still suspended him, citing that even if his use of force was legal, the chief thought it was unnecessary and a poor decision and in light of his [Officer Arnold] behavioral history on the force, the chief no longer felt he could serve as an officer. Seems to me that every possible legal avenue was pursued. Beyond that, Whitehead aggressively engaged Arnold repeatedly and there were 13 or so eyewitnesses...
Problem is that Whitehead attempted to leave, Arnold stopped him and then shot him while Whitehead was in his vehicle. The autopsy showed that there were amphetamines and marijuana in his blood. Had Whitehead been black and Arnold white, I'm sure that Al and Jesse would have been down there calling for the lynching. They would have claimed the speed and weed had nothing to do with it.
