I am a person who takes the tenth amendment seriously and I don't believe the federal government has the proper power to tell a business who they should serve. You, like many leftwingers, cannot fathom that someone could argue something should be legal even if they don't personally approve of it

2) not serving people due to their race, color, creed, hairstyle, personal hygiene or age

HE was the head of a family that consisted of a son (shot in the back by USDM Sam Deegan) a wife (shot in the head by FBI sniper Lon Horuichi) a baby (held by Vicky Weaver when she was murdered) and a friend Kevin Harris who was acquitted for the justifiable killing of the USDM who murdered sammy weaver

Not to mention that the government paid out around 3 million to the family and Harris to settle the suits out of court, it was never proved that Weaver had anything to do with the sawed off shotgun, and he had refused to cut it off at least one time, and even if he was the head of the Aryan nation (which he was not), that is still not grounds for a warrantless invasion of his property.

Weaver and his army of 3 held off over 200 government armed police for over 10 days. If anything, Ruby Ridge demonstrated the need to be armed, not the reverse.

He was unarmed when he was wounded. Larry Potts gave an illegal order to shoot weaver or harris even if they weren't armed. Potts tried to justify the Horiuchi shooting of Vicky by claiming at least one of the two men was aiming a rifle at a helicopter. There was conflicting testimony that weaver may have been looking through his scope to see a helicopter when he was shot-however, the evidence as that the helicopter was more than 5 miles away-far beyond the range of even a 20 MM anti aircraft cannon Kevin Harris was running when Horiuchi shot at him-missed and hit Vicky in the head (that was his explanation- others believe he shot her in order to force Weaver to surrender)

Potts should have been charged with murder, Horiuchi the same and Deptuy Degan (who shot the boy in the back) was basically found guilty of murder because his killing was ruled proper by the court
