Biden's ABC Town Hall Questioners Include Former Obama Speechwriter, Wife Of PA Democratic Candidate

You can ask similar probing questions about Trump's audience.

An audience member seated behind President Trump during his Thursday NBC town hall in Miami went viral on social media after she was seen repeatedly nodding along with his comments and giving a thumbs up...
Some Biden supporters were miffed at Joli's inclusion in the town hall audience because it was mainly focused on undecided voters.... Others accused her of being a "plant."
Do you have any proof that she was planted? NBC would have had to have done it. That would be a headline, NBC supporting Trump?

Don't be silly, Reuben. I'm 67, and I grew up in a very conservative family in the south in the 50s, 60,s, 70s. Let me help you. Neither liberalism or conservatism are 'truth.' Both are merely 'political ideologies.' How could you not understand such a simple 'fact' at the age of 40 years old? One more thing that you 'may' want to consider going forward in this, or any debate forum. NEVER attempt to put YOUR words in OTHER poster's mouths. Let them speak for themselves. That is what these forums are designed for. When you ( or anyone ) resorts to such tactics, you have already lost the argument. Others have told you this in so many words. You would be wise to heed the advice.
You sure are certain that you know truth, and others don't. That you know the way, and others don't.

I didn't realize you were decades older than me. However, I'm not sure this is just about age.

I'll leave it at that.

That's stretching it, Jasper lol.

ABC didn't claim they had an audience of only undecideds. What you're whining about is some Biden supporters, who we were told were part of the audience, ....asked...Joe....some questions!!!! Why would anyone care?

The questioner wasn't simply supporting Biden, he literally worked for Biden's former boss.

Boo hoo. Need a blanket and some warm milk?

And he didn't literally work for Obama but in a department of the vast federal government while Obama was President, so you're being dishonest again. And why does it matter? What mattered were the questions, all of them, asked. Who read them for the TV cameras is irrelevant to anything. It appears ABC did a good job because somehow the boring Joe Biden kicked Trump's TV star rear end in the ratings game. Comedy GOLD! :p:ROFLMAO::LOL:

I'll pose the same question to you. Do you have proof that the speakers at Biden's Town Hall were planted? Can you point to the vigorous vetting method of questioners and how they slipped through? How do you know that they didn't just get picked and invited by chance?

Well, Jasper, if you want to whine about this article, whine to Fox.

I didn't write it.

Don't you think the media should be transparent?

ABC was transparent. From the Fox article in the OP:

When reached for comment about the participants with Democratic ties, ABC News directed Fox News to comments made by Stephanopoulos at the beginning of the event.

"And they're a group of -- some are voting for [Biden], some have said they're voting for President Trump, some are still undecided, and we're going to try to take questions from as many as we can tonight," Stephanopoulos told viewers.

I'll pose the same question to you. Do you have proof that the speakers at Biden's Town Hall were planted? Can you point to the vigorous vetting method of questioners and how they slipped through? How do you know that they didn't just get picked and invited by chance?
???

I didn't write the article. Take it up with Fox.

And are you seriously suggesting that it was a COINCIDENCE that a questioner happened to be a former speechwriter for the Obama Administration?

???

I didn't write the article. Take it up with Fox.
So, no you don't have any proof, just as I don't. Both are pretty worthless speculation. If the Fox article lacks any proof, then you shouldn't be promoting it.

Fox provided proof that the questioner was a former speechwriter for the Obama Administration.

What "proof" are you referring to? Proof that he was planted? That's not going to materialize.

Lol, if planting a former Obama speechwriter as an undecided town hall questioner is unimportant, and complaining about it is "whining," we might as well just not believe anything we see on television.

And assume everything is Reality TV.

For the record, I'm not sure this helped Biden anyway, and I think the NBC town hall might have helped Trump.

But thank you for responding to the thread.

It is hilarious. The Bidenites are constantly whining how unfair it is for Trump to fill the seat on the supreme court-without being able to offer any evidence, so they pretend that the media bias doesn't exist

How many people think the moderator in the first debate is going to vote for someone other than Biden? How about Stephanopoulos? How about the NBC moderator? How about the next moderator?

First of all, no one cares where he worked. ABC told us there would be questions from Biden supporters, and apparently there were, just as promised. Second, who cares who asked what questions? Third, if working for "Obama" means someone who worked in the federal government, and might have met Obama in a greeting line at some point, fine.

Osburn specifically worked for the Office of Public Affairs at the Commerce Department under the Obama-Biden administration and at the Small Business Administration.
Since his title isn't given, we can assume he's about 9 levels down from Obama...

You asked me for proof the Trump lady was an unbiased plant.

"The woman, identified by the Miami Herald as Mayra Joli, is an immigration attorney, former beauty queen and pro-Trump activist who ran for Congress in Florida in 2018 "

So what if the Biden questioners happened to be related to Democratic politicians. I simply asked you for the same proof, asserting that they were somehow plants or shills for Democrats. You have none.

First of all, no one cares where he worked.
Alright, I'm going to have to interrupt you here, just like Guthrie interrupted Trump.

We're talking about a questioner at a Biden town hall event who was a former speechwriter for Biden's administration.

Poor MAGAs. Always the victim. Sad story, truly.

I'll leave it at that.
You can 'leave it' anywhere you want. Fact remains, you are the one being laughed at. As for your claim /// I know truth, and others don't ///, feel free to pull up any post in which I've made such a claim. I just told you it is not wise in a debate forum to speak for others, which is 'truth.' A truth which you clearly chose to ignore at your own peril. Do you enjoy being laughed at for some odd reason?

Alright...
Here's the full point. If you are going to leave out the key words, I'll quit, but I'll give you another try:

I'm not sure the questioner related to the Democratic politician is such a big deal, personally. But I think the questioner who worked for Biden's former administration IS a big deal. For blatantly obvious reasons.

What are you implying about the woman who was a pro-Trump activist? Just that she is a Republican?

Poor MAGAs. Always the victim. Sad story, truly.

the Biden supporters constantly spew this nonsense even when there is absolutely no doubt what we are saying is true. The first moderator is a hard core Trump hater. he has admitted to that. The Biden town hall moderator is a former DNC official and a high ranking member of the Clinton White house. Not a single moderator can even be remotely linked to the GOP.

So you can pretend its "victimhood" because you all have lost so many times, you just want to get even.

Jasper, the questioner was not simply just a Biden supporter.

The questioner worked for Biden's former administration. While Biden was VP.

Of the four moderators, is any one of them not a Biden supporter?

Well, you are complaining about potential impropriety and it sounds like improper and unbiased shilling for Biden. I can make the same assertion about the lady cheering on Trump the whole time -- seated right in back of him -- a pro-Trump activist and former politician.

Is it possible that individual's question just happened to be chosen because the selectors thought it was a good one, and not that he was specifically selected for his former position? Was there some rule that you could not submit questions if you had any expertise in asking questions or were a Democrat?

Team Trump is well aware of all of this, and Team Trump agreed to the moderator. Shouldn't you be whining to Team Trump if you think Team Trump made such a bad decision?

I just get a kick out of you guys whining. I don't actually give one damn about who the moderators are, or that the Fox guy is supposedly a "hard core Trump hater." Who's fault is that? Trump's campaign agreed to the moderators....but it's not Trump's fault? LMAO. So I guess you and he are using a moderator he agreed to as an excuse why he completely fell on his fat ass in debate #1, and again in debate #2 that was all his doing. Where does "personal responsibility" play a role here? Is it always someone else's fault for you right wingers? And what kind of incompetent moron can't stand up to a liberal moderator and make his points? He's the ****ing president of the United States. I'd think we should expect him to handle a couple of hard questions.

seriously? that woman asked nothing-was not heard from. The moderator in the Trump TH was adversarial and combative. The moderator in the Biden TH was an ally, an operative from the same party and two of the questioners were hard core Democrat party activists
