Biden mocks republicans who take credit for bills they voted against

Come on... The bills are negotiated by both sides. The end results has input from both Democrats and Republicans.

Oh, it's common :
Glenn Thompson voted against Respect for Marriage Act, which would codify the right to have a same-sex marriage into federal law. Then proceeds to attend the gay wedding of his son.

What's your point? Ya, there's a history of Republicans 'negotiating' and getting a lot of changes to bills - and then not giving them one vote. Like the ACA.
