The responsibility changes with the actions of each. The entire event involves wrong and irresponsible actions on both vehicles.

No, that is the media lie. I have seen and heard such media claims as the bus was run into, that they tried to run the bus off the road, all media lies to work up the anti-Trump crowd. There are numerous videos taken of this and the ones that are not clipped clearly show the bus being escorted, not interfered with, traveling freely.

The truck could have slowed down. I've seen plenty of people on highways change over with little to no actual room. It happens every day. Most people slow down, even if grudgingly, to let them in to avoid an accident. Had the van gotten in there, and been a Biden worker/supporter, they likely would have slowed down further allowing space, forcing the truck behind them to slow down, off the back of the bus. Both vehicles could be seen as exhibiting road rage behavior. If reports are true, then so could several other vehicles.

You still haven't shown that they weren't already slowed down, as reported, from the surrounding vehicles, rather than the almost accident. Additionally, someone moving into your lane does not give you any sort of right to move them back over with your vehicle, as the truck did. Both vehicles would still be in the wrong.

Stop trying to justify the white vehicle's actions.

The white vehicle was not trying to get in front of the black truck, he moved over right on the side of the truck.
