As Trump dithers over Ukraine, Russia’s military edge weakens, officials say

No, both sides are responsible for this war.. The problem is, you want to only start counting history at 2022, and not go back to 2014 when the Native Ukrainians screwed the Russian minority.



I don't give a flying (word I can't use here) about who "Started" it.

My only questions are :

Is there any realistic scenario where Zelenskyy can restore the 2014 borders? (No)
Is it in America's interest to prolong a war that Ukraine can't win? (No)




Or.

Defeat for Ukraine.
Peace treaty with sensible borders.
We start learning to mind our own business.

You don't to want hear about who started the war in order to so very conveniently obscure who refuses to stop it.

Knowing who the aggressor is , and knowing who will not stop this war means we don't appease conquistadors, now or in the future. It means that total surrender is a reward for the responsibility of half a million dead people.

In 1991, the referendum of independence was monitored by the Helsinki Commission. That's convincing. Putins' war isn't going to convince anyone.

Ethnic Russians in Ukraine have a legitimate right to seek self determination. Their grievances are serious and worthy. A war cannot settle the question with any lasting peace. A new referendum can.

Imagine Putin accepting a Referendum and giving his blessings to peace. Impossible? That's why I want to see self determination but it shows Putin does not. Poland went from the Warsaw Pact to NATO for a good reason.

Putin started the war and he's the only one who can stop it.

How do we know if Illegal immigration is shifting the numbers or not, when the Census isn't allowed to ask questions about immigration status? I mean, we know through estimates that 16% of the population right now is foreign born, if you include legal immigrants, illegal immigrants, and naturalized citizens. I can't see how that doesn't affect apportionment.

NATO is a defensive alliance, and the only reason why they intervened was that they didn't want the Muslim refugees of the Balkans showing up in their countries.

Not breaking the law to get rid of as many people as you would like is not = not enforcing the borders. Its actually been studied and if every single illegal was deported the presidential election results would not change.

1) No, Biden was senile, and it was a scandal the Democrats covered it up as long as they did. So we need to find out who was running the Autopen.
2) The Republicans have been questioning anchor-babies for a long time.
3) What Trump is doing is awful. Too bad Biden let so many people in where people were willing to tolerate that again.

No, I look at what is reasonable. Biden could have passed his reform back in 2021, when he had both houses of Congress. He didn't. In fact, he didn't try to finally pass a bill until 2024. Too little, too late.

Except not really. The only way Autopen got to those big numbers is because he was counting returns at the border along with deportations. Internal removals were at an all-time low under Autopen. And removals at the border only peaked in 2024 when his handlers realized that Trump was wiping the floor with him and actually started throwing them out instead of letting them in.

Trump, unlike Democrats, does not give into Ukrainian or Palestinian Nazism. Trump always understood that Crimea and Donbas were rightfully Russian.
