As a Christian, can you support Hillary?

Given her support for Islam and Muslims? Given her call for Christians to deny their faith in favor of secularism? Given her war against the baby in the womb? Given her continually lying and unethical behavior?

This is not about Trump, it is about Hillary who rarely talks about her supposed Christian faith. Can you support a candidate that at times, seems ashamed to be a Christian?

The baby and womb thing is a problem for Christians and especially Catholics. Luckily for Ms Clinton most persons that call themselves Christian are rather Unchristian and are willing to excommunicate themselves for participating in those activities.

If someone is a hypocritical Christian, and the Republican Party has plenty of them, then I guess that Christian can vote for Trump.

What an ugly thread this is. None of us knows the heart of anybody else, and the upcoming election isn't a litmus test of "faith" any more than any other election has been.

With so much legit criticism to be made of both candidates, there is no need to speculate on which candidate is the "better" or more sincere person of faith (unless your need is all-purpose Christianity-bashing).

I have had to pray so much about it. Its so hard to support Hillary, because when I think of Trump I think that is a Godly man. He is so humble. So faithful to his wife Ivana, they have been married what 39 years now and yet still Trump would never even so much as look at another woman... And Trump such a Cheerful Giver, how is this man such a successful billionaire when he does nothing but selflessly give to others? Did you know that some billionaires are so unbelievably greedy and selfish that they pay their own legal bills out of their charity? I even heard of one narcissistic billionaire that has used his charity to buy portraits of himself. Finally, Trump's knowledge of the Bible. As he himself has pointed out, he is a bit of scholar of "Two Corinthians" and as Trump himself has said "Nobody reads the Bible more than me".

When I think of either candidate, "godly" isn't a term that immediately springs to mind.

If you're such a judge of other people, that's not being very "christian", at least by any measurement I've ever seen of it. Even the bible acknowledges that life begins at breath. If you can support a con artist like Trump, then being "christian" means very little to you IMO. "War against baby in the womb", damn you are so full of your own **** rhetoric it's unreal!

Try pulling the plank out of your own eye before condemning the actions of others? Naw, never, too "christian" for that clearly....

Are you even aware that all three Abrahamic religions revere the same God? Are you aware thet Jesus is a major prophet in the Islamic faith? I don't think you have much knowledge about your own religion much less that of others. Sad how far off evangelical "christianity" is from the teachings of Jesus.

At least Clinton has been known to apologize for her mistakes. Trump has openly admitted not having EVER asked God for forgiveness. How "christian" is that? What is he the messiah, or just another scumbag con man?

According to the evangelical perspective, one only has to accept Jesus, then they can continue to do anything they please, cuz they're "saved". Funny how they can read that into the teachings of Jesus.

And, most unfortunately, a great deal of the evangelicals I've met in my life simply don't know the bible.
