Most certainly you have control over whether or not someone is over 70 years old or not. All you have to do to prevent someone from becoming older than 70 years old is to shoot them the day before their 70th birthday - easy-peasy, problem of dying old geezers causing problems solved.

PS - If you think that you are going to be able to retroactively eliminate problems like obesity, you are lining in a different world than I am.

Why would any intelligent person agree to experimental gene therapy ( falsely labelled vaccination ) which at very best will control early symptoms for a condition that left untreated by an injection of a biological agent does not lead to fatality in 99.975% of people under 70 ?

Food allergies are not a problem with the mRNA, or any common allergies, even standard medication allergies are not a problem.

Injectables have a completely different recipe, than all other medications.
Only if you have ever had a allergic reaction to a vaccine, or are one of those rare cases of a hyper - allergic, epi pen, you should take extra precautions.
But it should not prevent you from taking the vaccine, as long as you get a observation time and the hospital is prepared.
