I'm not sure where you got the above photo, but CA. is closed down... No outside closeness unless one is wearing a mask and practicing distancing.

Read the state and local city mandates, but here's the thing, it's still not reducing cases of Covid or deaths.
The pix shows Santa Monica on Dec-06, last year.

If you think that any shutdown since (even from the same day and in any and all similar locations) will manifest itself in sinking numbers of infection within 4 weeks, you're simply not thinking at all.

The same goes for previous cycles of tightening and loosening, simply because the virus exploits even the slightest misstep and (counter-) measures that are insufficiently strict, insufficiently enforced or insufficiently complied with are not a slight misstep.

I may not live in Cali but all I need do is look around over here and beyond, up to France and Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.

The picture in all of those is pretty similar and arises from the same kind of negligence.

Facts are inconvenient things for those with agendas.
Thanks for providing real life confirmation for that profound realization.

And if you're implying my criticism arises from any agenda other than pointing out failings, well, that would then be YOUR problem.

I don't give a flying hoot over any of the partisan stupidity one can constanly witness on here and for that reason alone participate in none of it.

I already answered that, so please try to get your line of argument organized into some form of fashion.
Nah. You are clearly not interested in civil discussion. I'll pass

Anti Masker's are promoting a cost they will turn and fight against paying.... If they think at some point the high cost of treating people, is not going to become due... then they are as dumb as they are about their incessant ignorance to not wear a mask.

Cities may well need to raise taxes, to cover the expenses they have suffered due to people not wearing masking and increasing the speard.
Then that blame will fall directly on these Right Wing Anti-maskers.... so, when the tax comes, they should shut up and pay, because they contributed through their ignorance of anti mask mentality because of their vanity, and ignorance to the increased volume of this spread.

I see people who go in stores without mask, both white people and black people, Latin people..... I don't see many Asian People who indulge the ignorance of not wearing a mask.

Thank goodness most in the community I live are "educated" and don't "deny science".... and respect their lives and the lives of others.

Typically if you are from Africa or Asia you have experience with dealing with these types of diseases. A lot of Africans for example are immune from the effects of Covid because they have parasitic worms inside of them that protect them.

The only actual voting irregularities are being looked into, hence why people have been found who voted in place of their dead relatives, mostly for Trump.

The voting irregularity claims being made by Trump and his "team" have all been shot down as bullshit, shown to be nothing but lies, misinformation, or claims without merit, due to ignorance of processes in the vast majority of cases.

No, roguenuke they have not. Pennsylvania legislators voted to seat different electors due to the voting irregularities in their state. Its less about Trump than it is about election integrity, which as we know Democrats did every single thing they could to damage.

And they're vastly outnumbered, sorry to say.
Sorry but the whole biker thing has changed drastically in the last ten or fifteen years, it got politicized.
It didn't use to be political.

But then again, neither did guns, and I am a gun owner and I've owned guns my entire adult life.
I used to own a Triumph 650cc Bonneville back in the 1970's.
Friendly rivalries between Triumph, BSA and Harley owners devolved into serious tribal bloodletting and I just sold the damn thing in disgust, because I wasn't interested in "taking sides" when all I wanted to do was just ride and enjoy.

Seems like the political Right can't stop politicizing things, Harleys, guns, NASCAR, hunting, fishing, even most professional sports.
Apparently that's just what they do. They can't help themselves.

I'm going to call bullshit on that. I rode for 40+ years. I owned TWO Triumph Bonnevilles, four Harleys two BMW's, two Yamahas, a Honda, and a Ducati, and all I did was ride and enjoy and never had a bit of trouble with politics or brand rivalry. Your problems must have had more to do with you than with politics or the bikes.

It isn't bullshit. I also rode during the 1980s. I rode Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. If I stopped anywhere there were Harley riders, they would always behave like immature prepubescent children and make fun of the "rice rocket" I chose to ride. They never got violent because I'm a big guy and they weren't entirely stupid, but there was certainly a great deal of rivalry and politics involved in motorcycle brands. Harley riders are generally far more immature, arrogant, and bigger pricks than any other motorcycle rider.

Well, I rode through the 70s up through the turn of the century. Beautiful wife and I used to go to a resort area by the lake and listen to music and drink wine. Across the road were tattoo parlors, and a bar. When we didn't feel like eating at the winery we went to the biker bar across the road. We saw Hell's Angels and the local gentry there, and no one, but no one, ever gave me any trouble about anything. I used to ride one of my BMWs there and most of the time everybody wanted to admire it because they'd never seen anything like it.

But then, I didn't have a chip on my shoulder.

Sources? That's all BS. But esp. please source that parasite claim.

There's a hypothesis about that, allegedly based on research not peer-reviewed.

Yes...not yet reviewed, small study, and they admit loose correlation and more study required.

Yet he posted it like fact. In other words, basically lying.

In the future, if I'm in the conversation, please allow the poster in question to prove his or her work...that's kind of the point. *sigh* Actual science tends to confuse some people.

I rest my case:
Look at the covid rates in Africa compared to all other continents.

Knowing he wasn't going to provide anything valid, I thought it a good idea to provide the fact that there's nothing valid to provide.

Sorry if you felt that to be interfering with your "conversation", but that's life for ya.:p

On that note, Happy New Year:LOL:

Geez!!! what the hell are you talking about.... you list some bullshit at the bottom of your comment.... They have awareness and knowledge of Viral Spread, "Period" !!!

You sound like some of those eugenics mad people of the past, with all their conjured up stuff, trying to make themselves deluded to think they are superior. the people they show in the media may not have money or access to public schools like America, but don't assume them to be of any less intellectual capability.

How many voted and when? Pretty sure it wasn't a majority and not within the timeframe allowed.
