so gay people being able to get married and the trans-gendered being able to choose ther bathroom is complete government control while laws forbidding this is freedom.....that is insane

It's a States Rights issue...period. The Federal government has no business getting involved in it. obozo needs to butt out and go play with himself. He's done soooo much damage to this country, I'm starting to lose count.
What's insane, is that you support obama. He was correct when he said he wanted to transform the country....he is, and not to our betterment!

I especially liked the Texas Gov.'s statement....."We reject this decision and we will not be blackmailed by the President of the US."

seems like not binge able to enter into a contract based on ones gender alone with the state is a violation of are continual rights and therefor a national issue

The debt ceiling should not be raised.....stopping wasteful spending and wiping out the debt, should be a priority.

If you mean restricting child labor by stopping forced labor, I'm ok with that. Trouble is, too many teenagers are lazy bums today, because they don't have enough to do.

I did yard work and washed and waxed cars for my neighbors from 8-18. I worked 15-18 hours a week at a hardware store when I was 14...it builds character.

Ending segregation by forced busing, so one ethnic group can go into previously peaceful white neighborhoods, raise the crime rate and impregnate the white girls....naw...I was never for that idea and still not.

Pollution control, by keeping liberals from eating too many beans?......ok.

Interracial marriages, to each his own...but I was never sold on the idea.

The bolded parts of the quote tells me all I need to know about you. I don't care how hard you worked or at what age you started. Your personal life story is a nice anecdote, but irrelevant to political debate. Many people worked and died in poverty. They had plenty of character but were cheated out of the share of what rightfully should have been theirs. I don't really care what you are for and against as you obviously don't have the ability to present a well thought out argument for it.
