*On Saturday, Raw Story published an article about Fox News host Tucker Carlson's appearance on The Alex Jones Radio Show. In the article, we incorrectly described The Alex Jones Radio Show as "Internet-only." We regret the error, and had no idea it would affect Jones in such dramatic fashion. For nearly 15 minutes on Sunday, the conspiracy theorist took Raw Story to task for not reporting that his show was aired on nearly 100 AM/FM stations across the United States, accusing us of being part of billionaire investor George Soros's plot to destroy the First Amendment...* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Alex Jones is the intellectual equivalent of a Mcdonalds Happy Meal Toy.

Having said that I don't like the Young Turks channel anymore, Cenk is a uppity jackass in my books.
 
Part of me is pretty sure Jones is little more than a snake-oil salesman, getting rich peddling fantasies that he knows aren't true to the nation's gullible and stupid.

See, without this young Turks channel, I wouldn't have watched Alex Jones. That is enough not to like Cenk. Sad to know there are people watching thus stuff.

Alex Jones has been on air for many years and he's still alive and yapping as loud as ever, he must not be saying anything of importance. His purpose in society appears to be nothing more than playing the part of an angry and paranoid and often frantic badger who never takes a nap. But I suspect it's all an act. He's good at his game, if his game is to excite the public into mass hysteria using whimsicle evidence that almost always, with time, proves to be false. Honestly, I can't understand why he's not anchoring the Fox News Fear Factory.

If it weren't for you I might have been one of the uninformed voters and might have cast my vote to give Obama a second chance back in 2012.

In case you were wondering why some people around here might take umbrage with certain conservatives here, claiming that anyone who voted for Obama in 2012 (which I did not, by the way) is "uninformed" is just being nasty for the sake of it.

Maybe, just maybe, someone is allowed to not vote for a Republican without being an idiot. Get over yourselves.

Alex Jones makes money off of fear-mongering. He speaks some truth, some being the operative word, but usually he stretches every little incident into something it's not. Generally he's just a nut.

Besides, have you seen his site? It might as well be Amazon there's so many things for sale. That should be a clear indicator that he's only in it for the money.

IMO, he has his staff look for every story of police abusing their power and government overreach to justify his "1776" narrative.

The problem is, too often recently has our Government confirmed the suspicions in his fear mongering. I wish we were still in that place we were 4 years ago where he was a fringe nut.

I never like it when Alex Jones is proven right, or has more ammunition for his "The black helicopters are circling, we have confirmation, I have the documents right here!!!" tripe.
