One of the greatest scientists, economists, and political historians ever, Albert Einstein, had the following to say about capitalism and socialism.
"This crippling of individuals I consider the worst evil of capitalism. Our whole educational system suffers from this evil. An exaggerated competitive attitude is inculcated into the student, who is trained to worship acquisitive success as a preparation for his future."
"Capitalism as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals. In such an economy, the means of production are owned by society itself and are utilized in a planned fashion."

What were Einstein's credentials in the field of economics?
Well, he got that 90% wrong.

I'll try to find a link. I believe I have read that he was awarded an honorary degree in the history of economics. I believe he was actually given awards and honorary titles in many fields by people who admired him greatly.

Out of curiosity, which 10% do you agree with?
Tell me, Tim the Plumber, who are you to make such a determination?
Do you know more about economics than Einstein?

This whole issue has been long settled both pure capitalism and pure socialism have utterly failed. Capitalism failed at the beginning of the 20th century when government was forced to step in in the US and socialist revolutions exploded around the world due to the horrors of naked capitalism.
What we have now are mixed economies.
Einstein is not wrong. It’s just that pure socialism is currently impractical. In the long run it’s inevitable that we’ll have a post scarcity socialist world government.

Apparently.
He wanted a Democratic one world government also. Is he related to Soros?
A lot of people know more about economics than einstein. He has earned no qualification in it. He was an astrophysicist, not an economist.
