Where the refutation of her testimony comes from is a Tweet from Peter Alexander of CBS News, citing "a source close to the Secret Service".

So the only denial of Hutchinson's testimony under oath is Twitter hearsay from an anonymous source. If they're prepared to testify then let's hear it. Till then, grain of salt and all.

You implied that when you claimed the USCP called her to ask for the NG. Why would they call her? The DC National Guard is under the authority of the President.

By suborning perjury from Hutchinson and then getting caught, the Nazi tribunal destroyed any shred of credibility or legitimacy they had.

If trump hadn't asked them to go down Pennsylvania Ave there wouldn't have been anything for the NG to be called for in the first place. What makes you think Pelosi had any communication with the NG? When did Pelosi say anything to the NG?

Your position of perjury has been refuted. You haven't addressed this:

Ornato has not denied that he had that conversation with her, nor has he denied that he told her what she said. If he lied to her about the SUV dustup, and she truthfully testified to what he told her, then that's not perjury. If he told her the truth about the SUV dustup, and is lying about it now on Twitter, that's also not perjury. And remember, Ornato hasn't actually said a word about this personally. Someone else posted to Twitter on his behalf. If he's prepared to testify, as alleged on Twitter, then he can come in and clear the air. Until then, there's no reasonable way to assume that Hutchinson committed perjury.

Gee, if that was the purpose of the COmmittee, someone might think it's reasonable to investigate why the Chief of the Capitol Police's requests for the National Guard was turned down six times by the House. But they are more interested in Trump squirting ketchup. Do you realize how that looks to the non-TDS'er

Why else would Pelosi be in a position to tell them to **** off when they begged for NG support, as you claimed? Why would they be begging her instead of the President or one of his delegates?

the Commanding General of the D.C. National Guard is subordinate solely to the President of the United States. This authority to activate the D.C. National Guard has been delegated, by the President, to the Secretary of Defense and further delegated to the Secretary of the Army. The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President.

The president is prohibited by law from deploying troops, including the guard, without a request from the governing body. In the case of the Capitol, that is the speaker of the house, Eva Braun Pelosi
