I don't disagree with that. They are all state actors with the primary goal of acting within their nations (and sometimes their own) interests. This still doesn't prove your point.

I think there is most certainly corruption within all institutions, Governments and organisations but the claim that a sect of the UN is running Africa (an entire continent) is absurd. Yes there would be corrupt decisions and vested interests put before the needs of vulnerable people but I cannot see any evidence of the claims that are being made.
