18 U.S. Code § 2101 - Riots

Ah, are you one of those who thinks unless someone's speech says "go commit acts of violence" their rhetoric can't incite violence?
im someone who thinks that nobody said "go commit acts of violence"

He did not specifically say storm and ransack the Capitol, but what he said, in its entirety, was bad enough.

The rioters took him both figuratively and literally.

Read his speech:

he said we will march down Pennsylvania ave, not the capital

Listen up dude. Rudy made it clear Wednesday morning. 3 separate links. That's not inciting violence? Do you have any English comprehension skills?
listen up dude. none of those posts proved there was violence

"Former Attorney General William Barr says President Donald Trump’s conduct as a violent mob of his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol was a "betrayal of his office and supporters."

"orchestrating a mob to pressure Congress is inexcusable." -William Barr

Mobs are 'orchestrated to pressure congress' all the time. How do you not know this?

You are being intellectually dishonest. You know that is not what William Barr meant.

I quoted your post. If thats not what Barr meant, why did you put those words in his mouth? Were you just being intellectually dishonest?

You are again being intellectually dishonest. Anyone can see that his rebuke of Trump, he meant that Trump fomenting sedition and insurrection. Otherwise, why would he publically rebuke Trump as having "betrayed his office and supporters"? His former AG that has backed through and through would not all of a sudden rebuke Trump has having betrayed his office if he meant that Trump did something that politicians routinely do.

So if you want to keep up with the intellectual dishonesty, then go ahead, and I will just put you on ignore.

Keep proving you dont know wtf you are talking about.
It is intuitively obvious to even the most causal of observers that the phrase "we are a nation of laws" is pure unadulterated bullshit.
