What does that have to do with needing any legitimate reason for going after a party that has been in control around here for the last 75 years?
Did you want to try and find a Republican City that you can try to Compare who has the bigger failures? Are you that confused as to where there is more physical violence?
So you have nothing and didn't bother to find out if GOP-run cities have highschool brawls all the time.
In short, another rightwing troll thread.
Violence in general in Chicago is higher than anywhere in the country.
But for your amusement: City Mayors: US Mayors
Alberquerque
Fresno
Indianapolis
Miami
Oklahoma City
Only one you might have a case for would be Miami which has had an unswing in violence in the last few years. Chicago's school system is almost synonymous with failure and violence and the spending is outrageous.
So its in the negative then?My IQ just dropped 20 points reading your brilliant thesis.
All large cities are Democratic strongholds, and some of us are doing quite well, thank you.

Please tell me your being sarcastic here..... Have you been to Chicago? I'd bet not if this is your response Whenever I go south/southeast for vacation I take the longer route around the wind bag city and for good reason. And for you to compare one mental patient with a gun in a school to a whole culture of violence & corruption that is Chicago is just mindless. Not to minimize your point, but I have to say that I don't recall any incidents of mass school shootings in Chicago's troubled schools - that seems to be entirely a disillusioned white youth thing. I'd rather see neither, but if I had to choose I'd rather see 300 students fighting it out, outside the school, only those who want to fight are fighting, and innocent children are not gunned down or murdered hiding under their desks terrified. The innocent ones here at least got to go home and avoid the mess.
Outstanding OC....! See, I wouldn't take the time to give validity to Red's premise. Seems she has devolved into attack debate much like others such as HoJ. That type of discussion is only meant for one reason, and that is to get you to violate the rules. In real life, I wouldn't give either the time of day.
However, right you are. Liberal spending down the rat hole of the public school system in cities like Chicago doesn't result in better education, or any greater understanding of making ones way in life along side of others, it only seems to generate places for more of the violent types to gather on one place.

Did you know that democrats tend to run most large urban cities? Did you know that totally ruins your point?
I don't think it ruins my point at all. The numbers speak for themselves.
How about the high Tax policy that scares all the jobmakers away? How about a welfare policy that promotes sitting on your arse as opposed to forcing you to work if you want a check? How about Gun laws that disarm the law abiding citizen & make it easier pickings & more attractive to a criminal? So have you figured out how to show what policy caused this incident? An explanation as to why this type thing happens in wildly divergent geographic, socially and political areas? Anything of actual substance to go with the mindless insults?

Only to the uneducated. Let me help: correlation does not equal causation. I learned that concept over 30 years ago in public school. It is sad that so many don't understand.

What was my point, Redress. What point was ruined? The top-ten cities winning the dubious distinction for most deadly cities in the country are all run by Democrats. That was my point. I suggested no causation. Only presented the facts. If you drew a conclusion from that, whose problem is it?
Isnt it funny how those that look for the expansion of government cannot see how those in government are Writing and making the Laws. Manipulating and controlling the money. Setting up the social standards. Controlling and manipulating their daily lil lives. From Cradle to Grave.
Yet they want to talk and make comments about Education. Try and mock ones intelligence. They do so in the PC world. Not on the Bricks not even in the work environment.
The ones that really make me chuckle. Are the ones that have never been anywhere to know anything. Nor the ones ever having to be in the mix.
And yet no one has managed to refute my point. Not You, not the OP, not any one can show the policies that caused riots in the schools that unlinked to, from just the past year and a half, and my list was hardly all inclusive. Wonder why you all fail to do that and run from the facts presented...
Well, isn't Chicago just a model for tolerance, live, and let live utopianism? Good Grief...What a blight these cities like Chicago, and Detroit are....Interesting that they both have been under progressive/liberal leadership for ever. Coincidence? I think not.
Shazam Clem..... ya'll know its just those certain types of people who been doin stuff like this cause they are bunch of d'generaterators who ain't got no good brains like the rest of us regular folks. But is good to read bout it .. or watch it on telebision... so we know jest how much better us normal people are than them in those big cities.
This the the message of superiority and scorn that comes across loud and clear from posts like this one in the OP.
Part of it. If you can't live here, that's not my problem. I love it here.
