So tell us please how we can avoid this "happening all the time" Luther ghosted a variation of that question when I posed it to him, but that question IS the crux of the matter.

How do we reign in these "mistakes" and minimize their occurrences because each and every singular "mistake" is a mistake too many regardless of how zealously you, the administrarion, and their loyal lapdogs desire the pursuit of "illegals" to be.

And for your last paragraph.. your "illegals" are a decades long problem that has been continously compounding despite their being an R or a D assigned to the commander in chief. You are all so gullible, and you have no clue.

The thing that stands out in my mind is the fact they left no contact information.
Seems to me the senior asshat with a gun should have left a card and a case number.

There was a case in Oklahoma a few years back where just before Christmas DEA went to raid rural residence. They were accompanied by a county sheriff deputy. When the deputy looked at the warrant and the house they were set up to raid, he told them they were at the wrong address. They insisted they were at the right address. The deputy refused to be part of the raid.

Guess what? Wrong address.
Settled out of court for an undisclosed sum.
 
I'm saddened this happened to my fellow Okies. I hope they are compensated for this inappropriate seizure.

Um if they were there for someone undocumented they don’t have authorization to do a no knock raid. That requires a judicial, criminal warrant.

So, if they smashed in the door for an administrative warrant they need to go to jail

you can't

no knocks have gone and will always go wrong - there will always be errors and mistakes, its unavoidable, and the bigger the problem? (like millions here illegally) the more apt to have mistakes trying to fix the problems
 
They are kicking in doors of citizens without warrants. They are setting up their own Kristallnacht retaliation when the first ICE agent kicks in the wrong door and gets blown away by someone protecting theirs.
