Alternate title: In Praise of Stalking.
Exactly as I said before. He deserved to die, and Zimmerman didn't deserve to even get arrested. What's more dangerous than a Zimmerman in every neighborhood, would be a world full of people with your belief system.
I think the opinion you're espousing is disgusting. Nobody should follow random people and create deadly situations. Trayvon Martin is dead, and he wouldn't be dead if Zimmerman didn't find him suspicious. All he was doing was walking, wearing a hoodie, and he was black.
I have a challenge for you.
Ask Zimmerman if it was worth it.
You "wanna be a cop". Go to the academy, pull on the uniform, pin on the badge, strap on the gun and be one. Dont get your $135 CCW permit and go play one.
It has nothing to do with respect, but intelligence. Zimmerman's actions were stupid.
in hindsight, it is often stupid to risk your life for others.

How was Zimmerman risking his life? The burglaries were daytime on week days in empty houses.. by lifting the cheap sliding glass doors off their tracks.

You ignore the fact that Trayvon beat Zimmerman's head into the pavement because Trayvon found Zimmerman "suspicious"... or "creepy ass cracka". Was Trayvon "profiling"? Had the other person walking down that sidewalk behind Trayvon been some guy heading home just like Trayvon then guess what? Trayvon would have jumped him too.
It just shows how sick this culture is that the guy who says "he looks black" and "he's wearing a hoodie" after being prompted by 911 is the horrible racist while the dumbass who jumps a "creepy ass cracka" in the middle of the night for walking on the same sidewalk as him is a darling little angle. He was a thug. It was a tragedy what happened, but Trayvon was a tragedy waiting to happen.
I have no doubt that Martin was on borrowed time. He was for sure spinning out of control and someone was going to either jail him for a long time or kill him.Martin had issues. he couldn't follow rules. couldn't stop from attacking people. he was turning into a problem for society.
Zimmerman chose to risk his life and make his neighborhood safe following just such a person. Fortunately he was smart enough to carry a loaded weapon
People like you just dont get it do you.
Who did Zimmerman risk his life for?
Break ins? Property crimes? Petty theft? Wow, real hero there.
But I will stand by my assertation, if you are going to be John Wayne, you better be John Wayne.

If he didn't racially profile him, he would have followed him to begin with. Racially profiling isn't murder, obviously, nor is a crime, but Zimmerman did it.
If Trayvon were white and it was sunny outside, I guess George would have minded his business.
So we disagree.I don't get people like you.
his neighbors, including several that testified about how decent of a person he is. he could of done what everone else does, and ignore the rampant crime.
hero is your words, not mine.
John Wayne is an actor. your point is getting more and more idiotic.
Zimmerman also had issues and a record of violence. Isn't this the third time he's been acquitted of a crime?
You think he deserved to be followed and killed.
It doesn't look like he racially profiled him to me.
I don't get the impression you have any interest in discussing this objectively but the transcript of his 911 call clearly shows Zimmerman more interested in Martin's behavior. I suspect you'll insist that was all part of an elaborate ruse but so what? Even if you're right that he described his behavior while really thinking "I hate all niggers", and I see no reason to believe that, since when is being followed grounds to kill someone?
his record of violence equals his record of murder. NOT GUILTY

Trayvon had no history of attacking people.. No history of violence... but George did..
Zim is not a cop, so there is no crime of profiling. He racially profiled him. Listen to his previous police calls. The fact that he didn't immediately announce his race does not prove he didn't, because everything else suggests he did. Nearly everybody racially profiles, some are worse than others, some outright promote it should be done. If you can't admit that, then you can't be objective.
