One day we will find out how this all worked out.

But the whole thing is puzzling.

How did they get the Genocidal Maniac Smotrich and those like him, to agree to the ceasefire whilst simultaneously getting Hamas to agree to hand over the hostages?

Presumably, Hamas HAD to know once the Hostages were handed over, Israel could very well just break the ceasefire to come back and "Finish the job".

The actual specifics of the laughably called "Trump peace plan" would NEVER be accepted by the Palestinians, EVER, on any side.

So what placated Hamas and the Genociders in Netanyahus cabinet long enough to get the hostages released?

Nope. They are scum. Don’t believe them automatically.

But I don’t put as much stock in what a bloodthirsty, ethnic cleansing apartheid nation that assassinates American journalists, starves children (the ones they don’t bury in rubble), and routinely supports terrorists in East Jerusalem and the West Bank has to say either.
