People are still on ventilators... the overwhelming majority are vaccinated. The reason is that the unvaccinated mostly have natural immunity now, which is more robust, so their cases are dropping.

They were never sterilizing vaccines so that comment is irrelevant. We knew that already. Despite that, government officials, the FDA and CDC claimed 100% efficacy at stopping spread of the virus when the vaccine first hit the market. Then it was 80%, then 50% and it kept getting lower until now they admit it doesn't stop viral spread at all.

You can't just say "those are the facts whether you like it or not"... science doesn't work that way. It's built upon cumulative data and repeated experiments. The current data shows that the vaccine doesn't reduce severity or stop spread. It basically doesn't work. It's because the vaccine is for outdated strains. The virus mutates too quickly and there doesn't appear to be much cross-immunity in the vaccinated population because they have only been immunized against the spike protein, not the whole virus. Natural immunity is superior because it creates immunity to every protein in the virus... there are around 28 IIRC. Immune imprinting in the vaccinated is preventing the immune system from forming a comprehensive adaptive response to the whole virus. That's why the vaccinated are the ones getting hospitalized now.

You're the one who has drawn this into a conversation about covid. I was merely taking about the psychology of indoctrinated populations and how they marginalize certain groups of people on command. Maybe if you want to stay on topic you should stop posting irrelevancies. You're biased because you happen to agree with demonizing a segment of the population. There is functionally no difference between the psychology of Germans in the 1940s and Americans with how they treated the unvaccinated. The government used mass formation techniques (extreme fear followed by a one-solution) to alter psychology on a population level. It worked.

Then when I pointed out that the vaccine doesn't stop the spread of the virus, you switched goalposts and said that the vaccinated were protected from severe illness. It’s true that nowadays more vaccinated people are dying from covid than the unvaccinated. There are a couple of reasons for this: first, more vulnerable people tend to be vaccinated more often. Vaccinated or not the vulnerable remain vulnerable. Second, there are a LOT of vaccinated people. If there are 1000 vaccinated people and 10 unvaccinated people, for example, logic dictates that more vaccinated people than unvaccinated will become seriously ill.

The CDC's own statements are currently being disproven by not only peer reviewed data, but other nations such as the UK, Denmark, Norway, and Germany who have pulled the vaccine for certain demographics, such as pregnant/breastfeeding women, children and adolescents. In Denmark it's anybody under 30.

I'm not interested in playing a gambling game with you, nor will I let you bait and switch this conversation into something irrelevant. Whether you're a doctor or not doesn't actually matter. You display an abysmal level of critical thinking unbecoming of somebody who is supposed to be trained in medical science.

All you have to day is compare the per capita hospitalization rate of the unvaccinated with the per capita hospitalization rate of the vaccinated. This is a simple level statistics operation that anybody in a first year stats course could do. If you don't understand that, then it is frightening that you're a clinician (assuming you actually are one).

My concern that Trump was heading in that direction is one of the reasons I voted against him.
