Projecting again, I see. I have never used the word Aryan to describe anybody, ever. I merely pointed out that when someone said that a black Moslem had murdered a white lady, that she wasn't white. I believe Mrs Silva to have been of mixed race - Italian and African-Brazilian. If asked I would have told anyone that Barack Obama isn't white either. I guess that would be a racist observation to you too.
Timothy McVeigh happened to be a Christian. He also happened to commit a crime far more horrific then this mentally ill fella in London. Did we label his crime an act of Christian extremism?
Probably not since religion was not his motive, as far as I know, but rather perceived tyrranical acts by the US govt.
A journey into the mind of 'Jihadi John’ - Telegraph
http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/25/w...t-to-uproot-seeds-of-radicalization.html?_r=0
"Deobandi madrassas produce imams who press radical attitudes on British Muslims. Most British Muslims are moderate, traditional, and reject and resent the fundamentalist invasion. But in the streets of East London and other cities with large Muslim communities, Deobandi agitation is a daily fact of life. Student groups such as the Isoc at LSBU and others affiliated with FOSIS provide an alternative source for the transmission of radical doctrines.
It has been asserted widely that Deobandis now control a majority of British mosques. Although they may have gained institutional leverage, they have not won over the majority of British believers in Islam. Moderate British Muslims must take back our mosques and university student societies from the extremists and work to drive the Deobandis out of all positions they have captured."
Radicalization of Young British Muslims
There are signs and studies all over Britain...That you choose to speak in terms of proving something that is readily apparent to anyone with common sense speaks more of your unwillingness to be honest in the discussion than it does disprove anything...
But still, there are many among the left that indeed DO link McVeigh to his supposed Christian faith in the effort to excuse today's caliphate of radical Islam.
Probably not since religion was not his motive, as far as I know, but rather perceived tyrranical acts by the US govt.
Fail after fail. Come on, try to stick to at least the very vaguest relevance to the topic of Mrs Silva's beheading. You don't seem to be able to dredge up a single fact suggesting that innocent 82-year-old ladies, even Christian or Jewish ones, should be beheaded, as was your claim.
Do we need reminding that there are radical Islamist groups at work in British mosques? No, I don't think we do. But in your glorious failure you have been impotently incapable of:
- Connecting 'Fat Nick' Salvadore to any radical imam or mosque
- Explaining why he shouted "cat stole my lighter" as he attacked rather than something like "Allahu akhbar"
- That any of even the most radical Islamist nutters have been calling for the decapitation of 82-year-old grandmothers
Now it has been widely reported that the suspect was a recent convert to Islam, hence the assumption of the crusader brigade here that that was what must be responsible for his violent inclinations. Less reported is the fact that he is a cage fighter. I guess that would have no relevance in explaining his violent urges, psychotic or otherwise, now would it?
Ah. I was gonna go after you next! I was wondering why you would say that she's not white. She actually looks more Portuguese than Italian to me, but you could be right about her being from Brazil. I think her late husband was definitely Italian.
Has anyone produced a shred of evidence that Fat Nick's motivation for his attack on Mrs Silva was in any way motivated by religion?
I know of no "lefty" that uses that example to excuse the caliphate. They use it to point out, yet again, the hypocracy of the Right. I know it is kinda nuanced...
I listened to a phone-in on BBC London in which a neighbour gave that information. I've not heard it confirmed officially, but when someone plays the old "evil black man murders innocent white woman" race card, it seems appropriate to point it out.
Don't blame me for your own inattention.
You obviously weren't fast enough....Unbelievable that you are dishonest enough to actually post this....
Oh, I see....I must answer your direct challenge to your shifting satisfactory of what is acceptable to you...No thanks...You asserted that No Mosques were radicalizing British youth, and that I couldn't prove it....I answered and like most dishonest people that defend radical Islam, you attempt to shift the goal posts retroactively...Too bad for you that your posting is available for rational people to read, and see your dishonesty on 100% display....Good day.
Probably not since religion was not his motive, as far as I know, but rather perceived tyrranical acts by the US govt.
Duh! Indeed. Brain dead logic more like. The manner of the attack, itself.
DUH!
You are the only one playing the race card here.
Feel free to stop at any time.
Well that's the point. WHO knows what motivated either of them. McVeigh was both a Christian and concerned about government excess.
Duh! Indeed. Brain dead logic more like.
Had that comment come from anyone with any anti-bigotry credentials, I might have taken pause to think whether what I said may be interpreted as such. Since it didn't, I haven't.
From what I've read, religion didn't come up as a real motive.
 ok that was funny, but you do understand when someone points out something like that it is not to excuse the other party, it is to point out it only get the RWers all fired up when it is the "others" doing it.
What is it you're talking about dude?
Oh, don't backpedal now....I understand it's hard to continue dishonesty when you've been caught.
I'm not the one shifting the goal-posts. You are trying to derail the topic of a single, probably paranoid schizophrenic, individual carrying out a murder to make it yet another Islamomania thread. You are making as dishonest, ignorant and bigoted an argument as Grant and Gardener have been making for the past 45 pages.
To answer your points directly (although I know you've got your fingers in your ears and are going "la-la-la", I have never asserted that no mosques are radicalising British youth. Link to where I've claimed that or apologise. What I keep asserting is that no mosque is calling for the beheading of 82-year-old grannies; something you cannot prove and yet still you claim it.
Provide one link between this crime and the perp's alleged conversion to Islam or shut up.
Too funny...You started out with a straw argument, then when you get called on it, you flail all over, before ordering me to "shut up"? heh, heh.....Real civil of you....:lamo
If you want to sound the least bit intelligent about what you speak of, my advice is that you don't make such foolish assertions, then get all offended when called on them....gheeze.
Exactly what did I backpedal about?
