Sedition and seditious conspiracy convictions related to Jan 6th are a matter of historical fact now. The group was there to attempt a coup by interfering with a session Congress related to the election of President Biden. When people say there was an insurrection and people were convicted of insurrection, since I have shown that it is false, they are now knowingly lying.

Before my education, they only had a belief there was an insurrection. That belief came from being gaslit by the media for over 2 years and I can excuse it because it is like a belief in rising humans and someone being whisked to heaven on a winged creature because people "in authority' told them it was true.

I gave you the definition of "coup". Fortunately, this one didn't succeed. But they sure tried, didn't they. What happened on 1/6 met every criterion for a coup. It was violent. It was an attempt to overthrow the rightful government and put in placed a laughing jackass instead, a jackass who ENCOURAGED the coup. It was a small group. It was violent.
