Will he Build the Wall?

Right, because if there's one place that Congress has power, it's in Mexico.

For sure...we have power over Mexico...and in Trump, we'll have a President willing to use it. Congress? That's another story. We'll have to wait and see if they want to keep their jobs or not.

I never said knowledge of the Constitution would prevent Trump from building a wall. I never said one of the conditions for a lawmaker was to be smart enough to prevent Donald Trump from building a wall.

No, I don't prefer Hillary Clinton. That's why I wasn't ignorant enough to vote for Donald Trump. I knew the GOP needed a real and viable candidate to beat her, not a lifelong liberal con man.

Will you please pay attention?

LOL!!

You are wiggling around more than a snake.

LOL!!

You are wiggling around more than a snake.

You had no idea what my very clear post meant. I tell you I don't like Clinton and that I wish she had a real opponent instead of the one who antagonizes too many people. I point out that you can't read my posts because you keep posting very off the wall things. And I'm wiggling around? That's rich.

How about you get back on topic, which isn't me?

And were would the funds come from to build this Wall? Details folks, like who is paying for this Wall, certainly not Mexico.

Congress now has power over Mexico.

I'm going to get vertigo from shaking my head at the nonsense you post.

LOL!! Billions to trillions?? You haven't kept up with the estimates, have you?

In any case, Congress doesn't have to fund the wall. They just have to sign off on the policy to make Mexico pay for it and the consequences if they refuse.

And why wouldn't the wall be effective? Don't you think Americans are capable of building an effective wall? If so, don't worry...Trump is very experienced at building things. He'll do okay.

Congress will have to authorize funds, cause Mexico is not paying.

Oh stop it. Trump will order Mexico to pay, and Congress is going to sign off on the "policy", threaten Mexico with "consequences", and that's it! Mexico will cut a check. See how easy it is?

Will Mexico pay the billions needed to deport 11 million?

I'm not so sure we're deporting them now. You'll have to wait until Trump gives his speech on whatever he's thinking - oops, whatever Kellyanne Conway is thinking.

Mexico knows which side is buttered. They'll comply.

Oh...I knew exactly what you were saying in your post. That's why I asked my very pointed question. I wanted to see if you actually had some sort of reasoning behind your post...or if you were just blathering.

Turns out you were blathering.

Oh, well...

Doubt it, anymore pipe dreams?

shrug...

You can doubt it all you want, but Mexico's own self interest will motivate them pay.

If they go against their own self interest, then the money we don't give them anymore will pay for the wall.

Either way...Mexico pays.

Nope. I guesstimated that on the fly, while writing. Seemed reasonable though, based on what we're talking about - going to be at least a billion, I would think, if you take into account building costs, maintenance costs, paying all the people guarding it, etc.

In any case, Congress doesn't have to fund the wall. They just have to sign off on the policy to make Mexico pay for it and the consequences if they refuse.
That's just silly. Of course we're going to pay for it. Mexico won't, and I'm not sure they could.

And why wouldn't the wall be effective?
Because it's a wall, and doesn't address the problem.
Don't you think Americans are capable of building an effective wall?
No, I do not, at least in this context.
If so, don't worry...Trump is very experienced at building things.
Bull****. He's experienced at getting other people to build stuff for him, then screwing them over and not paying them what he promised.
He'll do okay.
No. No he will not.

Mexico seems to view the situation different, but you keep clinging to another Trump empty promise.

LOL!! ^^^^ This, coming from the guy who doesn't know anything about Trump's immigration policy.

Oh...like the liberals, Mexico is posturing. If Trump gets elected, they'll eagerly meet with him to work out the details.

He doesn't have an immigration policy.

Edit: Besides which, your post does not address mine in any way, it just attempts to dismiss me as not knowing something we weren't even talking about.

You didn't know what I was saying in my post. That's why I had to break it down for you. You got all confused. But that's okay, we expect Trumpkins to get confused.

Want to get back on topic, which is still not me?

Actually, Trump DOES have an immigration policy. You can easily find it on his website.

The fact that you don't know about it confirms your error in thinking about my post.

I'll get back on topic as soon as you stop talking about yourself.

If you've listened to any conservative blowhard loudmouth, you would have heard it. Especially the folks who didn't want Paul Ryan to be speaker.
