Quite true, yet it was the Democrats who chose the course of false accusations, character assassination, smearing and 'guilty until proven innocent' as their means.

Tells you a lot about the Democrats and what to expect of them should they regain the prominence in the legislature they deem to be theirs.

They gonna **** you every which way by the most dirtiest means at their disposal. It's just part and parcel of 'By any means necessary', which is a tyrannical bankrupt ideal.

First place, no one ever said rape. The fact is that he MAY be guilty of an assault. That is fact.
...and there is evidence of that.

Saying that he is or isn't, at this point, is merely belief. That FACT is the reason (well, one of the reasons at this point) that he can not be confirmed, yet.

The only disingenuous thing happening is the GOP trying to jam through a misogynistic, entitled, right-wing hit man prick who will give trump and the GOP cover because he believes in unlimited presidential power.

Kavanaugh's incessant lying/stretching of the truth regarding his own behavior during his school days. As I've said, I'll pit Ford's credibility against Brett's any day of the week.

The only unsupported claims are yours. Didn't you claim that Ford was in couples therapy because she screwed around on her husband?

Yeah... voting in the Senate and applying the Constitutional Processes isn't Jamming Through, especially given that they actually extended it after hearings.

While Ford and Kavanaugh both attempted to minimize, and demonstrated deceptive behavior at different points in their testimony, Kavanaugh is a far better lawyer. I'm not sure, when it comes to statements that are directly dishonest and incorrect, that that would be a contest that would end the way you probably think it would.

Of course there is. The illegal emails, the illegal trolls and the illegal Facebook data which was used to change the campaigns tactics in the 11th hour all changed votes and made many more stay home. All Trump needed was 80,000 votes or stay at homes in 3 blue States. It is not difficult to believe that the Russians got them for him. Trump won by cheating and that is also illegal.

There isn't even any evidence that Kavanaugh committed a sexually assault.
All we have, at present, isn't 'evidence'. All we have is an accusation. An unsubstantiated, uncorroborated accusation.
That's all, and nothing more.

Come up with a corroborating witness, a 'blue dress', as it were, then those might be something that approaches evidence.

Kav's "solid judicial record" as you call it is anti abortion, anti worker, anti 4th amendment, and anti net-neutrality. He's the oligarch's dream. And lets not forget the main reason trump nominated him - Kav's for unlimited presidential power.

If the senate followed the constitutional process Merrick Garland would be on the court right now. You're only citing the constitution now because your wing-nut is the one currently up for nomination.
