All people keep hearing from Trump and Giuliani is that there is a video of Biden bragging about firing a prosecutor who was investigating his son. That's false, but it's not obvious unless you do some digging. Plenty of people believe this.

If I were Biden, I would simply say, "I am not my son. My son is a grown man. He makes his own decisions. If I had hired my son to work in the White House like Jared and Ivanka then maybe it would be fair to ask me about my son."

Biden is on solid ground regarding firing the prosecutor. The EU, IMF, and Ukranian anti-corruption groups all wanted this guy fired. The prosecutor actually blocked the UK's efforts to investigate money-laundering by Burisma. The UK froze $23M in funds but the prosecutor refused to provide documents to support the case. The UK had to drop the case because of the prosecutor. There is absolutely no truth to Trump's claims. Biden needs to make that case.

But he shouldn't just play defense. He needs to go after Trump for hiring his daughter and son in law. He needs to ask about Jared and Qatar. He needs to bring up Manafort and his role in the corruption in Ukraine. He needs to bring up how many people around Trump are in prison.

I have "got" very much indeed on the topic. How much I wish to share at this time is a separate matter, but I will put forward the observation that Joe Biden is cowering in fear at what awaits him if he is so unlucky as to meet Mr. Trump in the general election. This is why you are not hearing from him. Mr. Trump's opening salvo is just a taste of what he see's coming. Of course, it is all quite unnecessary. Mr. Trump does not need an atom bomb, so to speak. I had this dinner with an acquaintance I knew for years. He brought up Hillary Clinton Uranium One. This guy is an Ivy League doctor and he didn't know this was a debunked conspiracy theory. I had to explain to him why that story was false. Lies spread far faster and wider than any truth.

I hear real people, liberals, saying basically, "maybe both Biden and Trump are bad." When people can't figure out who is telling the truth, that's what happens.

I'm not going to keep arguing my point. I hope this strategy works for Biden but I for one am very disappointed that he's not out there fighting back.
