You made no such claim to me, you were speaking about the integrity of the speaker in the OP video (otherwise known as ad-hom).

Not true but here,s your chance, I said the court interprets the constitution and that they can regulate guns and they have regulated guns. And I added later that they will regulate guns in the future. If you want say this is true go right ahead and if you want to say it isn't true feel free to do that also.

You better read a little closer I said what you should do first is find out about the speaker, who he is and who he works for and other things. and I did to find out it would have been a waste of time to listen to this right wing rhetoric, Self serving nonsense. I love it when you come into a forum and there is a group of people who think they can write the rules in the forum as fast as they need a response to someone else's comment.. For the people who haven't kept up, I made the point on here that people don't have to read garbage that your opponents want them to read, I made it clear that finding out who the speaker is and who he works for and anything else that you can find about Them is what everyone should do first because that is way more important then their propaganda. I did just that, he's a well known liar, who is the propaganda arm of the NRA, probably unpaid , that he's a book writer and to go along with that he owns the biggest publishing house in this country, He makes most of his money selling his lies in his books and giving speeches ranting about a guns for everyone. So since that is what I found out , I told everyone here what my looking into this clown found out. and I wrapped it up in a simple package saying that the courts can determine the meaning of the constitution, define what it means, that they can regulate guns and that in the passed they have regulated guns and that they would in the future, This comment stands simply for one reason , that it just happens to be a fact. To find out that these gun bubbas can't tolerate this for some reason. not that I care why, I always expect gofyness from the gun bubbas.

An AR-15 is property and necessity is not and should not be a requirement for the ownership of any property

Every gun produce in the country sold it as a Assault weapon until the heat got on and a watch dog for the gun industry suggesting calling it something else and they have , I beleive what they said in the first place that It is called a assault weapon because they were being accurate at the time and the change was only to sweeten the assault weapons propaganda. So don't anyone believe his line of reasoning it's just another bubba lie or distortion.

The SCOTUS has also ruled that gun control does not necessarily infringe on the 2A, so you really shouldn't go there.

They are experts in all things till you bury them in facts, It is time consuming but it really is only way to get past gun people opinions , that they seem to think were written by God.

I wonder how lame you have to be, The federal courts can interpret the constitution , they can regulate guns and have regulated guns and will in the future regulate gun, In all situations I support totally the fed watchdogging over the states because in hate party run states ,they would bring back segregation because they are bigots, they would require everyone to own a gun and have state law saying you can shoot someone for looking at you in your self described threatening way. They would stop educating the young, because bright people don't vote for the hate party. They would take your SS away, your medicare away and buy guns with it. They would cut taxes for the wealthy to zero. They would take away all government safety nets and then outlaw the poor and handicapped from living on the streets, They would have laws to stop all Democrats from voting in their state, They would write a law that say white only for everything, including living in the state, they would write law supporting Chauvinism, bigotry, Islamophobia,hatred of anyone who isn't white, They would capture the poor in their states by making them so poor that they couldn't leave. They would write laws forcing you to be a Evangelical. There are also hundreds of other things that the right would write law about all bad , all ugly, all cruel.

You really only have two choices: rebut my post with actual evidence or be incapable of rebutting my post. So far you are stuck in the latter.
