Why do those who support Trump think that they should win every election?

The belief, and it is the big lie, that the election was stolen from Trump seems to stem from the belief that he should win every election. Even though even in 2016 he won with less than the majority of Americans voting for him, his followers have come to the belief that he should win every election and if he does not, he had to be cheated. Of course even almost a year later there has been no proof of that and even though trump continues to mention his proof, all of it has been proving false. He lost the popular vote this time by over 7 million votes. I guess I question how he and his followers actually think he was cheated and why they think if he loses he had to be cheated. Can someone explain it to me.

If you go to their forums, it seem generally believed that the ideas Trump talks about, and platform he runs on, is so obviously rational and beneficial to any sane person that looks at it...that the only explanation for someone not supporting Trump liberal media propaganda.

They believe that the vast majority of Americans do actually support Trump. That they are the "silent majority" and the only reason it look like there are so many democrats is media not covering how popular GOP ideas are.

I know friends and family who are Trumpsters... We can be talking about the weather or the NY Giants.. And within 2 minutes they'll inject politics into the discussion. They'll start ranting about Biden and election fraud..

It's F'ing scary. It's to to point where I don't even want to talk to them anymore. They're brainwashed...
 
I suspect it's a combination of things. One is the effect of pandering making them almost like children. They're constantly being manipulated by being told 'big bad Democrats are out to harm you', and they just reflexively play the victim. It's why many can believe idiotic claims like the Qanon lies about Nancy Pelosi eating babies, also. They've been turned into imbeciles by the pandering.

A second related factor is the conditioning from the right-wing media, pushing propaganda that has turned them into essentially a cult.

A third factor I suspect is yet again a somewhat childlike mentality reinforced by things like a 'sports team fan' mentality, but one where 'their team winning' is all they care about and they are not taught any principles like 'sportsmanship'. So 'anything is fair game', and they don't have things like 'right and wrong' beyond 'what their side likes is right'.

This is further shown as an exteme 'toddler' mentality they've devolved into by their violent resistance to anti-virus measures. It's like 'toddler syndrome', 'no I won't you can't make me.'

Ironically, acting like such infantile imbeciles is exactly what does imperil their power and liberty. How can 'self-rule democracy' work with toddlers? And unfortunately, they seem to prefer 'their side' having a dictatorship to that democracy.

They ignore the fact that it is my blue state that was at the heart of the industrial revolution, that it is my blue state that subsidizes theirs, that it is my blue state that is the heart of the world economy, that it is my blue state that has the great impact on our world leading GDP, that it is my blue state that was one of the 13 original...

But somehow, these toothless wonders think it is their country. You just can't make this shit up.

Yeah, thoroughly debunked, they have the Texas vs. US scotus case, where Cruz and the Texans tried to sue the swing state. That's evidence of how dumb they were. They post it as "evidence" and the truth is that scotus turned them down. There's a ton of other crap on that site that is the opposite of true.

Why did Trump's own lawyers present any evidence of stolen elections to the various state and federal judges? That might have been in their favor if the evidence actually existed? The fact that you believed a bald-faced lie doesn't mean that the lie is actually true, just because your beliefs are not based on facts.

Perhaps they have so many cover-ups underway the anti American Right Wing Nut Party is afraid of
being exposed.

They have criminal activities galore as that has seem to have inundated the party since Watergate.
Reagan/Bush had plenty, Bush/Cheney had plenty and Bush/Cheney had plenty. To the point the
party platform is committing high crimes which the party fails to reveal during their election
campaigns.

Come on man! The real reason is the democrats have such terrible policies and spew hate, victimization and racism lies. If you don't believe it, listen to what they say about almost every topic, racist claims always. If you don't believe they have terrible policies look at the state of the nation since Biden took over. It's terrible, border, inflation, energy, supply chain, crime in America, all going to heck.

Yep. Or they'll go on youtube and massively downvote any Joe Biden video, and say shit like "no way he got 81 million votes".

The legitimately think they are in the majority, and that if they lose, it HAS to be because of voter fraud. Man oh man will they be in for a rude awakening down the line.
