he is an opinionist, and made a mistake about someone who was all too glad to take him to court for it for defamation.

Rachel maddow's lawyers used essentially the SAME argument, all opinionists do. it does not mean everything they say is wrong.

people watch Tucker because he is correct a WHOLE lot more often than the others.

it was Carlson, After all, who stated that the Virus could have come from the Wuhan Lab with expert opinions commenting on it, while everyone else was SCREAMING that was impossible.

Carlson lies. A lot. There is no comparison to Maddow.

His tremendous appeal is not because of any journalistic prowess, professionalism, or integrity. It is because he just sells people stuff they want to see and believe. In that way, his popularity is no different than that of the WWE.

Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham and Bret Baier as Hulk Hogan, Stephanie McMahon and AJ. Styles throwing "liberal" chairs, "mainstream" media or "conspiracy" theories over the ropes and onto announcers' tables. Think of each extravagant or twisted Fox News "entertainment" story as a wrestler's chair, table, ladder or cage thrown, crashed or broken to the rabid cheers of the fans.

Doesn’t make any of it real- just exciting and popular. Only the truly naive think any of this has anything to do with truth or reality.

As to the 2nd, well before comments by Carlson on the origin of the virus, The Daily Mail, the Lancet numerous other publications and a few folks in congress had already stated the possibility that the virus originated in a Wuhan lab. So your attempts to portray Carlson as some kind of Svengali on all things SARS related is a swing and a miss. As to your SCREAMING comment, that's perfect Carlson like hyperbole. He would be proud!

Yes. Abusing opioids, and asking another to commit a serious federal felony to selfishly help fuel one's opioid addiction, is beyond stupid, as well as extremely immoral.

I have to tell you something that will be shocking for you so put down your iPad and sit down.
The other night Carlson referred to Jeff Bezos and his rocket adventure as Bezos' change-of-life experience in a rocket called Phallus One.
Now, Carlson wasn't serious about that. It was satire. Satire can be a kind of ridicule but it's not a lie.
And when Carlson says Rep. Eric Swalwell is low IQ, it doesn't mean Carlson knows what Swalwell's IQ is.
Maybe he was just speculating about the IQ of a US Congressman who would mix it up with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang.
You shouldn't take stuff like that literally. You have to be able to make that distinction.

My personal opinion? Tucker doesn't even believe the bullshit he spews, but he has found the format to high ratings, and more wealth, as he keeps bringing back viewers who want to own the libs. I have tried watching him on a couple occasions, just to see what all the fuss is about, but after ten minutes I have to move on. Nobody could really believe his nonsense, right?
