Although Kamala does say a lot of ridiculous, nonsensical BS - I still wonder from time to time whether she's really stupid or if she has some sort of substance abuse problem.

With Joe, it's pretty clear he's just not that bright.

Neither is an idiot on the basis its not possible to ascend to the presidency if you are an idiot. I mean a literal idiot.

Biden isn't stupid. Despite not being able to draw a crowd or garner anything enthusiasm he realized he'd be a suitable alternative to Trump or Sanders. He ran and won, he's not an idiot. He is mentally challenged. Anyone who disagrees is in denial.

Despite running an abysmal campaign of her own for president (and roasting Biden) he decided he needed a black female to be president. He should have picked Susan Rice. Not sure he had any idea just how ill-suited Harris is to be VP. He knows something about being VP. I suspect at some point Kamala is going to write a butt blistering tell all book about Biden. I believe they despise each other. Forgot to say. Kamala isn't an idiot either. She doesn't study and is void of a personality.

Its clearly Kamala. Pump enough drugs into Biden and you can get a few coherent sentences out of him. Kamala is dumber than a box of rocks.
