White nationalists dwarfed by crowds of counterprotesters in Washington

So basically you took what wasn't the primary focus of an article, and made it so.
I did? I point out you posted an article describing Charlottesville....and somehow it is me "changing the focus"? Good grief.

Then you concocted this comparison in your mind, and ask me if that is where I was going.
You posted the link, if you did not know you did this, WTF am I supposed to do?

So the fact that Antifa wants to kill cops and others eluded you
"wants to"....and you talk about "concocting". This is getting too funny!

but the one deaths in Charlottesville not the focus of this, didn't?
Um, that isn't even the most recent homicide committed by a rw group, and I'm not aware of ANY homicides committed by an antifa group.

Who was chanting death to anti-protesters in Charlottesville? Clearly you're an Antifa supporter, since you can't find a way to focus on the main substance of the article want to veer off somewhere else to change the subject.

Says the poster linking to the deaths in Charlottesville....while whining about "chants".

True, I don't have TDS. Nor the silly belief that if someone doesn't hate Trump, he/she must be racist.

Remember the days when people were called racists for not liking Obama's policies? Geeze, you can't win for nothing here. lolz

That's because they're retards...

Well, that too in many cases:lol: but it's because they are self-appointed thought and language police.

It's extreme solipsism.

I'm not a victim, but I bet you were itching for a fiasco so you could point to Trump and blame it all on him. Again.

Today? Literally a wash out.

Womp.
Womp.

It is really pathetic that the whole premise of your debate is not only positing hypotheticals, but lying, accusatory hypothetical. Show's how weak your position actually is. But it goes right in line with todays right wingers who conjure up conspiracies out of thin air and march to them in unison.

While this is certainly good news, and it is.

I am reminded that many on the board would drone on how Trump is energizing the Neo-Nazis, White Nationalists, etc. Nazis here, Nazis there, Nazis under the bad...

Much gnashing of teeth and rending of garments....

For two dozen assholes.

Maybe there isn't a Wave-O-Bigots waiting in the wings.

I think the public shaming from the last one made them stay hidden this time.

Just goes to show that the head explosions over white supremacists was exaggerated to gen up excuses for people like Antifa to commit violence for the Left. You've been told there aren't that many white supremacists, and you didn't believe it.

Wasn't so exaggerated last year. Just shows you what a pack of pansies they are.

Well freakin duh! So much for the wacky narrative that anything "right" are a bunch of white supremacists. White racists are a minority, a fringe group that are not representative of most of the country. Anyone who isn't a clueless partisan hack or provocateur already knew this.

You apparently STILL have not learned the lessons of Clinton's defeat in 2016...when you start calling good people racists due to your own misguided, incorrect or outright DISHONEST stereotypes and bigotry, they are not likely to be supportive of your cause or your candidacy.

reads like a bot.

No, I don't play the two wrongs somehow make a right-game. ANTIFA are thugs and it bears repeating that the marchers-as vile as they are-had a permit to exercise their right to protest.

You want to make this some zero-sum game, and it's not. Both sides are vile.

Then there were the counter protesters who were there to represent love, tolerance, diversity etc. They were peaceful and their presence made a difference, so good on them.
The only people you seem to criticize in this thread is anybody who opposes neo-nazis, anti-facists. Don't worry we get it, you have tons of mean huff and puff for the nazis too, just not in any thread involving anyone who opposes facists.

Very telling.

Wows, do you ever have reading comprehension issues. Or, selective comprehension issues.

See what I mean? You literally have nothing to complain about when it comes to neo-nazis who organize these demonstrations.

Go ahead, show us all of your complaints about the neo-nazis and the KKK.

They're not the ones acting like nazis, right?

See, you can't Orwell my posts and then tell me I didn't express myself to your satisfaction. Of course, with deep sarcasm and utter contention.
You can shoot at my feet all you want. I'm not dancin'

Kiss ANTIFA g'nite for me, mK?

Hey, up to you to show us all (any?) of the criticisms of the neo-nazis you've made. Your only criticisms (as far as this thread is concerned) have been aimed at anti-facists and your stalling on a simple request is pretty telling. You seem to be pretty happy nobody showed up, but only because that somehow makes people who don't like nazis seem more like nazis. That's your point, it's a stupid and silly point, given that it's not based on what we already know about these demonstrations. It's not a criticism of neo-nazis and racists though.

Can you show us a single criticism you have of neo-nazis organizing rallies in American cities they aren't from?

You can shoot at my feet all you want. I'm not dancin'

I don't mind shooting through feet that won't dance. As long as we're keeping it rhetorical of course.

Watching people suddenly applaud this because nobody showed up is hillarious. I hope you folks cheering for how few showed up are honest enough to admit that the reason they aren't showing up is the massive nationwide uproar on the left and the media drive to make sure these guys were caught one tape.

You know, that nationwide uproar that made thousands of people in Charlottesville march on the street. It wasn't because you've sat on the internet for a year arguing about whether one side had good people or not. It was because people have made neo-nazis scared to come out like they did Charlottesville.

Scared to come out? That's not very supreme of the master race.

Lying, accusatory hypotheticals are practically the only form of arguments I have seen you post; although, I'm sure in your mind hysterical, liberal gibberish seems very well-reasoned.

So people aren't criticizing neo nazis enough for you now? -- should they be happy that more didn't show up? Or less happy that very few showed up? Or should people spell out word-for-word that neo nazi ideology is absurd.. because that is obvious to reasonable people. and duh of course neo nazis are racists.

The belief here is that people are wrong for showing up to greet outsiders who preach about the wonders of white nationalism. In some twisted universe, people are wrong for showing up to these events to condemn visitors who preach about that much maligned belief in white power. That's the real issue at hand here, how people shouldn't show up to these events. In short, if the Unite The Right rallies show anything is that whether a thousand neo-nazis are lighting torches in front of your house, or half a dozen show up in your city, at no point are you to pay them any attention.

That's the point so many of the rally defenders have been trying to make.

I still don't get what these people are pissed about. The got a white Republican president who pretends to be sympathetic to their views (or maybe he is), a GOP house and senate, and supreme court. What the hell else do they want? Don't these people have faith in their current GOP messiah to push the policies they want pushed?

Republican Senator Burr of North Carolina has already stated that Russians have already broken into Florida county electoral systems.

These Russians stand with GOPs and their Nazi/KKK brothers. So do Republicans on this board.
