And why? Questions that can't be answered or answers that can't be questioned?

False dualism.

A practical thinker avoids the former (questions which can't be answered, like "what happens to me after I'm dead"). They save their effort for research and logical enquiry into questions which CAN be answered.

"Seek simplicity but distrust it" – Alfred North Whitehead.

Answers that can't be questioned is called a 'tautology'.
Questions that can't be answered means you need more data and/or more assumptions.

Answers that cannot be questioned. That requires coming from a specific kind of source so I know there is absolutely no bias in it and the person giving me the answer is not doing so because of a propaganda agenda. For example, I will never accept any Catholics posting information from a Catholic website as proof they really care about children and don't want to control fertile women, but would reconsider my views on abortion if I read a peer-reviewed article that was written and fact-checked by specialists in the subject and includes references to similar research. If ACOG (the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) and the Catholic Church contradict each other, it is extremely obvious who is giving me the correct answer and who is not just wrong, but outright lying. If a person gives me an "answer" that is obviously biased, it is not an answer at all, just propaganda. Those answers can and should always be questioned.

Which do you prefer?
What is there to prefer? There are ONLY questions that can't be answered, perhaps some never, but there are no answers that can't be questioned, at least by those possessing rational and reasonable minds.

Wrong.

"Is Earth flat or round?" The answer to that question (round) can't be questioned by anyone. for obvious reasons.

I prefer coffee.

"What happens to me when I am dead?" Can be answered: nothing, because I no longer exist. "I" am my brain, when that has gone there is no longer a me; no thoughts, no memories, no emotions, no feelings, in short no identity.

Wrong.

While the answer is known there's nothing stopping someone from asking the question. How else would kids ever learn, without asking questions including some where the answers are known?

Is the earth round?

The answer is “No, it’s not round”.

The only thing you got correct is the part about earth not being flat.

I didn't say there were, I asked which would you prefer...

Provide some examples of “answers that can’t be questioned”.
Again, I didn't say there were any, I asked which would you prefer...

All knowledge and understanding begins with questions. Answers quite often result in more questions, unless you have a desired answer you want to be true.

More than 75 years ago when in school our teacher told us there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. And no, that was not in Sunday school.

But if you have the answers that cannot be questioned...think about it...

Most every God story created by humans around the world makes that claim.

Because it is true, of course. Nothing in nature could exist if God was not the infinite Creator of all those things.

Think about it. Everyone is taught making something out of nothing is impossible. Before the creation of any astronomical object, there was nothing for things to be created from. Only a supernatural Creator could have made Earth because before Earth existed, it was nothing but outer space.

But if you have the answers that cannot be questioned...think about it...
In the "Beliefs and Skepticism" forum, I assume you're not asking the question relative to answers which when asked can be proven true and useful.

Ok, it was probably a stupid question...lol...
