The impeach Obama chant is one of the dumbest things I've seen in years! Really, it's difficult to believe Obama haters are that daft. Impeach Obama and get Biden, and then give Biden the remaining time to establish himself with the largely somnambulant public. That's a hell of a gamble. A desperate gamble. Biden has a much better chance of being elected to president if he finishes out Obama's term for him than being associated with a buggered Obama final term.

On a serious non partisan view, I think the Department of Homeland Security should be dismantled. DHS was quickly created in a panic right after the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks on American soil.

DHS is to large of an organization to be run by even a competent individual.

Not really. Dictatorships rely on propaganda and subversion of the masses. Win them over, and they'll believe anything you tell them. Feed their indulgences (regardless of how or why) and they'll let their leadership get away with blatant murder.

But things have happened and things didn't happen.

What didn't happen, the recovery of the economy.

What did happen, a whole bunch of lies, corruption and scandals and the last time America has been so divided was in 1860. That every branch of the executive branch of government has been politicized, just not the DOJ and DHS but now we find out the IRS.

President Obama should have kept his word and did the right thing on or around March of 2012. He should have gone on the national air waves and announced to the American people, "I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your president,"
