You know he will. Maybe walk over to Biden prior to the debate to get him to shrink back and then make fun of him for "being afraid" of COVID?
Or maybe, when his microphone is turned off, he will just walk over the Biden's mike in order to interrupt. Who could stop him from doing so?
Or even though his mike is turned off, he will continue to yell across the stage in order to disrupt and attempt to fluster Biden (which won't work--Biden is a cool character).
It's Trump's last chance in the campaign to show what a big baby he is in front of a national audience, so you know he'll do something.

Watsup, I don't think Trump will be allowed to unexpectedly walk toward Biden, especially at a rapid pace. Biden, like Trump, has Secret Service protection, and I'm sure the agents will be in the wings and watching for things like that.

My personal prediction is that Trump will behave himself this time--and I really hope I'm right, because I'd like to be able to concentrate on the issues this time and not on the theatrics.

Im interested in seeing how many times a mic is forgotten to be shut off and who will benefit from that "mistake"

After the Obama speech, not sure I can predict.

Ah, Chillfolks--I smell a possible pay-off scheme . . .

Trump's got to hit a home run.

He's going to be under extreme pressure to pull something off. Just winning the debate isn't going to be enough.

I bet he throws out some kind of accusation or something like it.

Animals are the most dangerous when they are backed into a corner and wounded.

the Biden campaign shouldn't have agreed to another in person debate, because they don't need it. unless he sinks a couple threes, this won't help him. maybe not even then. it's a stupid move. they gave Tweety another trampoline, a bucket of shit to throw, and an audience.

He'll try to get Biden flustered by going after his family hard.

Yes, that is true. No matter the question to Trump, his answer will be Hunter Biden this and Hunter Biden that. It will send a good signal to his cult, but everyone else watching will consider it just another buffoon move by him. And it will not fluster Biden. It is true that for some reason, Trump was able to somehow fluster every one of his debate opponents in 2016 with his buffoon antics, all of the Republicans plus Hillary. But Biden has been around the block a few times and he fully realizes what a clown he is debating and will stay quite calm. The biggest problem is that he will have to spend too much time answering Trump's slurs of his son and that will take time away from being able to talk policy. Still, the honest and intelligent among us will recognize his attempt to do so while Trump drives his clown car all over the stage.
Go Joe!

I wouldn't go that far, but it wouldn't surprise me if a few times a mic is mistakenly left on for a jab or two it will make for good TV and spice up the headlines the next day.

Very true, debates very rarely help the frontrunner.

Oh, there will indeed be one accusation after another about the "corruption" of Biden and his son. I suspect that he will have he sycophant AG Barr over the WH tomorrow to brief him on the Hunter Biden laptop scandal and he will then "leak" the details repeatedly throughout the debate. He will hope to win the election on scandal rather than on policy.

I think Trump will spend more time debating the moderator than he will Biden....and he won't answer the questions.

If they didn't it would look bad and hand Trump a pretty good talking point going into the home stretch.

Okay, I see what you mean, and I wouldn't doubt if that happened.

We will learn more about Hunter Biden's "scandals" tomorrow evening than we ever thought possible. And it will then be the primary theme of the Trump campaign for the next two weeks. "Prove" that Biden and Hunter are "criminals" who have engaged in all sort of corruption, even to the point of deserving jail time. We'll see how many people buy his stunt.

President Trump and his advisers have repeatedly discussed whether to fire FBI Director Christopher A. Wray after Election Day — a scenario that also could imperil the tenure of Attorney General William P. Barr as the president grows increasingly frustrated that federal law enforcement has not delivered his campaign the kind of last-minute boost that the FBI provided in 2016, according to people familiar with the matter. The conversations among the president and senior aides stem in part from their disappointment that Wray in particular but Barr as well have not done what Trump had hoped — indicate that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden or other Biden associates are under investigation, these people say. Like others, they spoke on the condition of anonymity to disclose internal discussions.

In the campaign’s closing weeks, the president has intensified public calls for jailing his challenger, much as he did for Hillary Clinton, his opponent in 2016. Trump has called Biden a “criminal” without articulating what laws he believes the former vice president has broken. People familiar with the discussions say Trump wants official action similar to the announcement made 11 days before the last presidential election by then-FBI Director James B. Comey, who informed Congress he had reopened an investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state after potential new evidence had been discovered. Trump emphasized the point in an interview Tuesday with Fox News, saying “we’ve got to get the attorney general to act” and that Barr should do so “fast.” . . . .“This is major corruption,” Trump added, “and this has to be known about before the election.”

Remember: every accusation is a thinly veiled admission.

Trump will cry about how Biden and Hunter are criminals. Biden should oull out the Russian Tower agreement and the chinese bank accoint and say please explain.

I was wondering about that, myself, Helix. Why should Biden take such a chance while he's ahead? I guess he has more courage than I would have. (Which is why he's running for president and I'm typing on a message board. :) )

We're all sitting here wondering what the leader of the free world will do to be a jerk.

This isn't the America that we can be.
