What should Biden do in next debate?

I believe Biden needs to ignore Trump totally. Just takes any opportunity he gets to speak. Speak louder (maybe he needs to go in with an extra microphone) and slower to override Trumps ramble. Don’t go into defence or replicate on Trumps many insults but focus on talk about his politics and what he wants to say. Afterwards he can publish answers to Trumps statements on his website. He can even say that under the debate: I will take your questions for me seriously and publish the answers for everyone to read(or something like that)



Just ignore him and remember that it is about the voters not about Trump.

It is because it is to get into the game of Trump, meeting Trump with Trump rhetoric. He should just ignore him and let Trump rumble in the background while he is calmly (and loudly, I think his voice is a little bit to "soft") delivering his message. He can answer the allegations afterwards since they are derisive only. Just don't react to them. Be the statesman Trump can never be.

I think most reassonable people will applaud such choice. Yes, the hard-core will declare an automatic victory for Trump, but I think Biden should not be concerned with these voters. It is the people in the middle who matter most, and my view is that moderates were just disgusted by what they saw in the first debate and will not be willing to see a second episode of Trump's reality show.

The economy was just a continuation of the glide path established during the Obama years. GDP growth prior to Trump trashing the economy with his failed virus response was 2.5% compared to 2.4% in Obama’s second term. Job creation also was slower than during Obama’s second term

You only THINK that the economy was a miracle under Trump because you are easily conned.

I agree what others have said, either the people running the debates address trumps interruptions or the Biden group needs to cancel further Presidential debates.

Now that said, I wonder how much the fan club is going to like Harris tearing Pence a new one, and she now has the go ahead to interrupt and talk over Pence any time she wants, it should be very interesting to watch her emasculate Pence in front of the Nation, never forget she was a Prosecutor.

The mayors, both Democrats and Republicans have been trying to stop any rioting that occurs in their cities. Trump has been trying to incite more rioting. He did it again last night by encouraging his Proud Boy buddies.

He should adhere rigidly to the rules of the debate. He should never refer to Trump as anything other than "The President."

He should wait patiently for the moderator to reign the President back in whenever Trump breaks the rules of the debate by interrupting and shouting over him.

And each time it happens, as soon as he is given space to speak again, he should bring home the point that the President who promises "Law and Order" can't follow the rules that he agreed to for simple debate.

I don't think the President's mic should be cut. I like seeing him argue like a petulant child about having to follow the rules that he agreed to. Let him dig that hole as deep as he wants.
