This quote was attributed to Biden:

“These guys don’t get it. (1) It’s a lot bigger than Ukraine — (2) it’s Eastern Europe. (3) It’s NATO. It’s real, serious, (4) serious consequential outcomes. They have no sense of (5) American foreign policy.”


I inserted numbers to make it easier for us to discuss these five things, and I'll post them individually to make it clear what they are:

(1) It’s a lot bigger than Ukraine

(2) it’s Eastern Europe.

(3) It’s NATO.

(4) serious consequential outcomes.

(5) American foreign policy.
 
The fact that Putin is acting similar to Hitler did, He has been steadily attacking small countries around Russia while steadily moving towards Europe. If you think he is going to stop with Ukraine then you are not paying attention.

I think they can all be taken as one. By his saying Russia may not stop at Ukraine, they may eventually be threatening other eastern European countries including Nato countries. I think that last bit is too much with the power Nato countries have combined. By American foreign policy, I would imagine he means the protection of democracies around the world and the opposition of violent dictatorships.
