I don't think you're too far off, but you got some 'splainin' to do...Comrade Brian said:By what do you mean radicals? And I think there are more blind cons. here than libs. but there are both. But I am a radical, don't confuse this with extremity.
A radical is someone, usually far left-wing, who want to change society into an entirly new one, they generally are composed of Communists, Socialists, and most Anarchists.
Liberals are ones who want to change society slightly every once in a while, and are welcome to new ideas, as liberal means open-minded.
A moderate is between liberal and conservative, wants the middle of both groupes.
A conservative is usually close-minded, and wants to reverse progresses in society and change slowly back to an earlier one.
A reactionary is far right-wing, and consists of fascists and nazis. They want to create a society that had already existed and want it fast. And since the past is dominated by repression and prejudice its stupidty.

Trajan Octavian Titus said:Sorry pal you got conservatism and reactionary all mixed up here's the definitions of conservatism and reactionary according to my political ideologies book:
Conservatism: conservatives oppose change because they doubt that it will result in something better, not because they do not desire improvement and progress.
Reactionary: Proposes retrogresive change; that is, reactionaries favor a policy that would return society to a previous condition or even former value system. One example of a reactionary movement in the U.S. is the libertarian party that lionizes the rights of the individual and thus calls for the reversal of the New Deal reforms of the 1930's and a retun to the laissez-faire policies that preceded them.
I, my friend, am a conservative libertarian reactionary, damn the man f**k the Feds and big government type of extremist. Through your communist views you call for the increased power of the state over the people and private enterprise and you liken libertarians and conservatives to fascists? If anything the nazis were radicals not reactionarys the nazis held high above all other authority the power of the state and the worth of the group over the individiual, a view, that is atleast in the U.S. the antithesis to the Libertarian movement.
