Consider an observation furtively voiced by many who interact with civil servants: that government is riddled with people who have been promoted to their level of incompetence because of pressure to have a staff with the correct sex and ethnicity in the correct proportions and positions. Are these just anecdotes? Or should we be worrying about the effects of affirmative action on the quality of government services? It would be helpful to know the answers, but we will
not so long as the taboo against talking about group difference prevails.

About ten on alt right web sites. Maybe more. I try to disregard insults. Those who insult me do so because they have strong opinions and weak minds. They are unworthy of my attention.
Racism is always systemic. If it's not systemic then it's not racism, merely prejudice. The ideology of racial superiority was designed intentionally to justify a racial hierarchy which already existed in the American colonies.
All of us remain under the influence of that ideology, regardless of whether we knowingly subscribe to it or not.

What do you see as the thought process of meeting one or a few persons, who ascribe to a certain thought and having a specific or assumed association, then extrapolating that experience to include
hundreds, thousands, or millions?
How can you say that whites benefit from white privilege when universities and employers, especially in the government, practice affirmative action?
I predict that centuries from now historians will attribute the decline and fall of Western civilization to multi racialism. Civilization will continue to exist and thrive in Eastern Europe and in the Far East. After rejecting the lies of Marxist Leninism and Maoism the people of Eastern Europe and China find it easy to reject the lies that "Race is only a social construct," and "We are all the same under the skin. If you have children, try to get them to learn Mandarin, Russian, or both.

As governments in the West become less able to govern well there may be a restoration of tribes in the West. Tribes exist when the government is weak, ineffectual, or non existent. Tribes will begin as armed militias formed to protect members' lives and property from marauding gangs of criminals.

As far as university admissions are concerned the best way to overcome that, if it even happens, is not to ask about the race of applicants. Ivy League universities used to have quotas to restrict the number of Jews in the student body.
As far as employment is concerned, that is a personal decision. Bosses want to hire people they will enjoy working with, and people who will get along well with their co workers. Once I was fired from a job as a shipping and receiving clerk because I listened to classical music at work. My co workers thought that was hoity toity.
Some bosses do not like Negroes. Some bosses do not like Jews. Some bosses do not like Orientals. Nevertheless, Jews and Orientals still tend to earn better incomes than white Gentiles, because bosses recognize that they tend to be more intelligent than white Gentiles. Consequently a boss who dislikes Jews, Orientals, or both will be inclined to hire them anyway, knowing that they are likely to perform well on the job.

I am not sure if I understand your question, but I will try to respond to it. I think one should evaluate a point of view on its face value, and not try to attack the person who has the point of view. Hostility to Jews and Orientals angers me. When someone expresses hostility to them I calmly point out that Jews and Orientals tend to perform and behave well.

Oh as for Orientals being smarter, you don't have much experience working with them if you think that, I have and it is far from the truth. The real reason Orientals tend to do well academically is the family unit and how hard they push their children to do well, same goes for Indian children, has nothing to do with intelligence levels.

Systemic racism is governmental policies. So all racism does not necessarily have to be systemic. A racist can live next door to you and not allow his kids to play with yours. He is practicing racism. But if the neighbors across the street allow their children to play with yours. The neighbor next door is practicing individual racism.

So discrimination against black people is ok because some scientists think they're not as intelligent as white people, on average? What kind of bull**** is that? Whatever happened to judging people as individuals?
A black candidate should be judged equally to a white one, and anything else is illegal discrimination.

Gould withholds from his readers that The Bell Curve is mainly an empirical work about the causes of social stratification and that it reached its conclusions only after fully analyzing a 12-year longitudinal study of 12,486 youths (3,022 of whom were African American) which showed that most 17-year-olds with high IQs (Blacks as well as Whites) went on to occupational success by their late 20s and early 30s whereas many of those with low IQs (both Black and White) went on to welfare dependency. The average IQ for African Americans was found to be lower than those for Latino, White, Asian, and Jewish Americans (85, 89, 103, 106, and 115, respectively, pp. 273-278). Failure to mention these data fosters the false belief that IQ tests are not predictive and are biased in favor of North Europeans.
