What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

My wife made a cheesy rice, chicken, and vegetable bake. We both liked it a lot, and I usually dislike boiled chicken. We'll probably take it for lunch tomorrow, and there was some left to freeze.
 
Pickle loaf on sesame seed bun with Swiss cheese and mustard
Doritos.
 
Hubby has gone to help sonny boy put all his machines to bed for the winter so I'm on my own for a change . Firehouse meatball sub with extra cheese, olives, onions and hot sauce courtesy of DoorDash. ....hanging my head in shame with a big smile on my face.

Do you have Firehouse Subs in the States?

They’re here too. I’ve yet to try them. My go to is Jersey Mikes.

I see they have opened one near us in FL . Will try them this winter when we are there .
 
Surf and turf- last night to grill on the rooftop. Filet and lobster tails along with green beans (or are the my haricot verts when you eat fancy?), along with a nice Chablis.

I didn’t thaw the lobster in time so it stuck to the shells, and spilled most of my Chablis, but it worked out fine with the last of the 70 degree weather.
