We did a Porterhouse in our Ooni, baked potato, green salad. Supper in less than 10 minutes is wonderful.

It is cold outside so we opted for a boiled dinner. Just cabbage, carrots, potatoes. Miso paste is the key to give it that kick when you don't eat meat.

We had black bean tomato soup with shredded cheese. I had some wheat thins with mine.

I'm thinking hamburger soup for tomorrow. sSw a recipe in the food section of the newspaper yesterday. I haven't made that in years and a good cool weather meal.

I have gone kinda crazy on these and had them at least ten times in the past two weeks. LOL

They just don't have deli's and stuff here that do classic stuff like that here.

Those meatballs are far from home.

Took the family to Chili's. My wife and my mothers birthday...and that's what they chose. Haven't been to one in years. It was good, I have no complaints.
