Brent Smith has one of the best voices in rock. Kudos here to drummer Barry Kerch for dominating a song without crapping it up.

Enjoy :)

I painted your room at midnight
So I’d know yesterday was over
I put all your books on the top shelf
Even the one with the four leaf clover
Man I'm getting older

I took all your pictures off the wall
And wrapped them in a newspaper blanket
I havent slept in what seems like a century
And now I can barely breathe

Just like a crow chasing the butterfly
Dandelions lost in the summer skies
When you and I were getting high as outer space
I never thought youd slip away
I guess I was just a little too late

Your words still serenade me
Your lullabies won't let me sleep
Ive never heard such a haunting melody (melody)
Oh, it's killing me (killing me)
You know I can barely breathe

Just like a crow chasing the butterfly
Dandelions lost in the summer skies
When you and I were getting high as outer space
I never thought youd slip away
I guess I was just a little too late

Just like a crow chasing the butterfly
Dandelions lost in the summer skies
When you and I were getting high as outer space
I never thought youd slip away
Like a crow chasing the butterfly
Dandelions lost in the summer skies
When you and I were getting high as outer space
I never thought youd slip away
I guess I was just a little too late
Ohhh... Just a little too late

Back when Grace Slick was a babe and had a great voice

one of the JA's quirkier songs

Saw these guys live about 35 years ago. They were as good a live band as anyone I have ever seen. This is one of their better songs-it actually still gets some airplay

I don't relate to the majority of your posts. But I'll say two more things:

You got a good taste in music.

&

Nice pictures.

Onto my video

Is it just me or is The Count a low-key jab at Jewish stereotypes?

My great-uncle was a bootlegger, and I like beer, so naturally I like this song when I am drinking...

Probably the only song I like that Joan sings, and Joan does a magnificent job of it to. I tried a better recording or vid but this is it..

A little house music for a lovely Friday night:

A little more house music. Courtesy of a club-hopping friend of mine:
