What do you mean by "equality"?

Who are you to question someone else's values? All your OP asked for was top 3 "American Values".

I am not questioning anyone's values, I simply was curious of what they meant by equality... i.e. under the law etc...

My Values: The freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want, just as long as I do not infringe on the freedoms of others.

Perceived values of those around me:

Me, Myself and I
My cell phone is more important than anything else.
Government is there to provide for me as if it were my surrogate mommy.
How can I get the most, while earning it the least?

Individualism, Distrust of Government, and Human Rights

The Left:

Its not your fault, blame someone else's privilege/biology/psychology/culture

Intolerance of even the slightest intolerance isn't intolerance but actually double extra tolerance with a side of justice

If only everyone thought like me, this country would be so great

The Right:

The only thing better than guns is more guns.

Blatantly favoring Christianity isn't infringing on anyone's first amendment rights because God said it would be okay

If only everyone thought like me, our country would be so great.
