He was apparently condemned by both parties, he's a loose cannon. Kills me to provide a Fox link, but here goes...

He appears to be legit human scum.

Hopefully some MAGA will show up on this thread to run air cover for him. It would be great if they could come up with a novel and interesting deflection or whataboutism.

Not to defend the guy to be certain.

Yes, there is a question whether his banishment during a joint session of the Georgia Legislature was constitutional and/or legal.

For example, suppose Mike Johnson banishes a particular Senator from the House floor for some act or speech. During ordinary House sessions, fine. But what about during Joint Sessions such as the State of the Union. His attendance in the chamber on official business would likely override the Speaker's authority during the continuance of the joint session.

The same could possibly be true in Georgia.

Unfortunately for him, he blew it by trying to force his way in.

He should have gone to the courts and attempted to gain an injunction of the Speaker's order.

He chose not to do so.

Ultimately, only the courts can likely definitively decide this issue, should it arise again.

As a former protestor and accused 'instigator' what exactly was this moron attempting to accomplish other than play victim?

Why do Americans follow victims? Trump is a victim, Leon Skum is a victim (my spelling is awful) and so many of the hanger's on are victims. I usually find a way to avoid victims or figure out how to hurt them more.

I hate victims.
