Lol, this guy. Wonder who was the last in the room with Trump? Stephen Miller is going to be livid!
So first it was focusing on criminals. Then, to meet quotas, ICE started arresting, detaining, and deporting people who weren't criminals, many who have come under asylum regulations.
But now it seems some rich Republicans are complaining they don't have enough cheap labor so perhaps Trump can help with that?
Lol.
Disappointed he didn't end it with "thanks for your attention to this matter".Lol, this guy. Wonder who was the last in the room with Trump? Stephen Miller is going to be livid!

If he wanted to be really classy he could have ended it with "That is all. You may now return to your labors."Disappointed he didn't end it with "thanks for your attention to this matter".
Wait, so is it largely criminals who are applying for jobs in agriculture and hospitality industries? What an odd set of criminals who want to keep regular jobs. I thought the whole point of being a criminal was to avoid having a "regular job".

I think most are smart enough to understand the rhetoric coming from the president and the administration to understand how they're trying to paint them as a specific type of criminal. Many consider any illegal alien (‘undocumented’ immigrant) to be a criminal, thus subject to deportation.
What a gobbledygook of word salad was that?Lol, this guy. Wonder who was the last in the room with Trump? Stephen Miller is going to be livid!

The White House responded to a report in The Washington Post that the U.S. was looking to send undocumented foreign nationals to the U.S. military prison facility in Cuba. Citing unnamed U.S. officials, The Washington Post said possibly as early as this week, the Trump administration could start transferring foreigners who are in the U.S. illegally to the U.S. military base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. The foreign nationals include those from friendly European nations, including Ukraine, the U.K., Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Poland, and Turkey, as well as other parts of the world. The foreigners' home governments were not likely to be informed about the impending transfer, the officials said. The Post said that even those from countries friendly to the U.S., such as the United Kingdom, France, and Ukraine, could be sent to the prison to free up capacity at overcrowded domestic facilities. In March, Reuters reported the Trump administration planned to revoke the temporary legal status of Ukrainian refugees who fled Russia's invasion, potentially exposing them to deportation, although the White House denied the claim.
