What we do know, from the evidence available, is that Trump did not ask the Russians to hack anyone or to help influence the election. We also know that there is zero proof that anything the Russians may or may not have done changed the election results.

We don't know any of those things. We don't know what proof exists to be able to say. There is not enough information to state anything definitively.

For instance the Russian released email hacks probably had some effect. The extent is debatable but it has some effect.
