I mean, maybe. Perhaps it was a fascist who wanted to give the Trump Administration the pretext with which to initiate an authoritarian crackdown on any serious left-leaning political opposition. However, I am given to doubt that. I think this was an unhinged person on the political left who viscerally hated Charlie Kirk and wanted him dead. Lone wolf false flags are rare. And I do not think this administration has the competence or the discipline to pull off a coordinated inside hit like this. There would be just too many people who would need to be involved, and who almost certainly would blab about this. I mean, think of all the right-wing administration officials who like Charlie Kirk. This is not Fred Hampton we are talking about here. Kirk was a white fascist propagandist who was banging the drum for the administration to a younger generation. I am not suggesting the Trump admin had anything to do with it. What I am not buying is that what appears to be a very well trained shooter takes one kill shot from 200 yards away, escapes, but conveniently leaves behind a weapon and bullet casings engraved with "transgender" and "ant-fascists" imagery. That is the part that smells like a set-up to purposely point the finger towards the left, to stoke more chaos.

Heck, for all we know, it could have been a hitman hired by Russian oligarchs or any number of hostile foreign entities. All with the sole purpose to cause more political chaos.
