The 1A has nothing to do with Canada, violation of exclusion orders or private businesses (even in the US).

Noted in my first post.

This was not a public or US school.

Perhaps you should at least read the OP’s linked article before you decide that you are an expert on a matter. One has no right to trespass on private property or to violate an exclusion (protection or trespass?) order.

Where did I decide I was an expert? Quote it. Why did you respond with a stupid, empty post?

Your first post supported the kid, probably (erroneously) thinking (assuming?) the kid was ‘pro-trans rights’ and the school (being icky and Catholic?) was not.

I coudnt answer the poll because I believe he's right but his school suspended him because they believe he is wrong and it's a religious school.

After that you decided that the kid’s rights were violated.

Peaceful protests are legal...and when kids walk out to protest...are they arrested? I believe their right to do so has been upheld under the 1A. It's posted elsewhere in the thread.

Nobody was arrested for walking out, the kid was arrested (much later) for trespassing (at the school) in protest of being suspended. That (again) has nothing to do with the 1A which doesn’t apply in Canada.

Who said anything about terrorists? People opposed the drawing of Mohammed and killed no one. The point is, it was wrong to depict the Prophet for them. Because they were Muslim. Just like for this douchebag. It is wrong for him ostensibly because of his religion. Live his life as he chooses. Leave everyone else out of it.

Did you forget?
"Twelve people were massacred at Charlie Hebdo's Paris offices on January 7, 2015, by the brothers Said and Cherif Kouachi, who said they were acting on behalf of al-Qaida to avenge the paper's decision to publish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad."

Live and let live is fine. The problem is trans activists insist they must be free from being offended and be able to impose themselves on women's locker rooms and bathrooms. The school board insisted the protester must be silenced or expelled. He must also agree to avoid classes where one of the trans students is enrolled. That's not respect for people who have different views.

Do you have some point or argument? Why are you posting about me? Post something to discuss regarding the OP.

I’m “posting about you” because you reply to my posts with your nonsense.

How about the locker rooms? You want to have 50 different individual shower rooms in every school?
It takes literally nothing to put walls in-between and curtains on the front. I own a plumbing company, it's a piece of cake. Why do you care, really? This would solve your issue.

The teen is protesting a phony ideology he does not believe in.
Why is a suspension warranted?
Black Lives Matter protesters led deadly and destructive riots around the country protesting the death of George Floyd and stupid people in this country accepted it as a form of protest.
And this kid gets kicked out of a Catholic school because is spoke the truth when he "claimed that men have penises and women have vaginas, his classmates reportedly called him a "misogynist," a "racist," and a "homophobic transphobe,"".

Can anyone else see where this country is going as more and more Progressives embrace pro-transgender affirming rhetoric.?

My rhetorical question still stands.
I'm one of those old guys who looks around and wonders what is becoming of this country as we argue over faces on a beer can whether teenagers really are grownup enough to know if they should change their sex.

Their medical needs are not a reason to bully them.

There it is, the race card. The kid was protesting the school granting special privileges such as biological males using the girls bathrooms for people suffering from the psychological condition of gender disphoria. Let's not pretend the boy in a dress rapist in Virginia didn't use the girls restroom to commit the crime.

Would you support the school banning the students from taking a class because black students were enrolled? That's the power awarded to transgender students by the school board.
Let the little bigot go to public school. ;)

Then why are you assuming these two children are more dangerous to others than others are dangerous to them?
The right would have them in the boys bathroom where they could get a good ass whipping.

They (Muslims) prob'ly saw what the Anglos did to Jesus in their depictions of him. ;)

  • Because the law in most places requires students to go to school, schools can discipline you for missing class. But schools cannot discipline you more harshly because of the message or the political nature of your action.
  • The punishment you could face will vary by your state, school district, and school. If you’re planning to miss a class or two, look up the policy for unexcused absences for your school and school district. If you’re considering missing several days, read about truancy. Also take a look at the policy for suspensions.
  • If you are facing a suspension of 10 days or more, you have a right to a formal process and can be represented by a lawyer. Some states and school districts require a formal process for fewer days.
  • You should be given the same right to make up work just as any other student who missed classes.
The school is in Canada, US Supreme court rulings are meaningless there.

Still son will say that don't make it right.
Wouldn't it be better for the kid and the school if he just took a live and let live attitude. Transgender students using the ladies room has absolutely no effect on him, unless he's jealous
because he wanted to use the ladies room.

Brings up an interesting question. If you are underage, are you a bigot, or are you the product of your parents' teachings, and because you are still underage, your thoughts can change? Let's face it. Most of us were pretty dumb as kids.

The boy seems a bigot & a bully, of course he could change as he matures. I can't say if his parents are bigots, but prob'ly.
I wonder if any of my middle school classmates went on to be Gay or even Trans? There certainly wasn't any outward signs, or they would have been bullied & prob'ly beaten. What is changed is they are allowed to be visible & hopefully allowed to exist, without harm.

He can believe whatever he wants. Doesn’t mean everyone had to follow his religion.
Well put. Unfortunately that’s what religious people don’t get about their religion and everyone else: We don’t have to comply with their bigotry.

How is he being a bigot ?
