And you know this because you have a direct link into the headquarters of the GRU, do you?
Because there is no reason to think so.
And you know this because you have a direct link into the headquarters of the GRU, do you?
Make up your mind, eh?
Do you want to talk about accepting stolen information? Or do you want to talk about disseminating stolen information?
In any case, it's not about what I think he'd do. We are talking about what Trump said he'd do...and he didn't say anything about stolen information.
The point is moot. Hillary did not hire Steele. She hired Fusion GPS, an American firm.
From the viewpoint of the law, that is all that matters.
The hired investigator was FORMERLY an intel officer of an ALLY. Who specialized in Russian intel. Yeah I trust that source quit a bit more than pledging fealty to trump bending over to Putin like you do.
You clearly hate America. Why is that Ath?
Mueller "did not establish" a conspiracy or coordination. The only deal cutting known is the DNC/Clinton Campaign payment for oppo research from a foreign national.
But not a traitor to her country, as her counterpart is.
If Russia is dishing the dirt, we can safely assume they are doing it for reasons not in the best interest of America.
If Trump believe's it is acceptable to receive such dirt, then he is committing a felony if he acts on that belief.
Hillary did not hire Steele, she hired Fusion GPS, who later hired Steele without Clinton's knowledge.
Therefore, any claims of impropriety regarding whom she hired for oppo research is without merit.
We are aware of the collusion. The meeting in Trump Tower, the sharing of polling information. The many meetings. The effort to do business during the campaign, and then all the lying about it. I can't believe you aren't disgusted by this.
The DNC/Clinton payment did not involve her tying her political fortunes to the actions of an adversarial government. Thus, it did not corrupt the democratic process or endanger national security as Mr. Trump's actions have done, and threaten to do again.
She wasnt tying her political ambitions to a foreign government, as Trump said he would do. That is a profound difference.
You dont think Trump would accept stolen goods? Where have you been? He diseminated stoken information. He'd knock his grandma over to get it. In a heart beat.
As upsideguy wrote in a different thread, “The Mueller report cleared Trump and his associates of the CRIME of conspiracy. They did not opine as to whether there was actual collusion as they seemed to think it was out of scope. They showed us plenty of evidence of collusion.
To say there was "no collusion, no obstruction" is to live in a fantasy world, which Trump and most of his supporters do.... a world devoid of fact and truth.”
Comparing it to the DNC and Steele is a false equivalence.
In the 2016 election, he disseminated information that he knew was stolen by the Russians, and he encouraged them to steal more.
Can't even go three posts before a Trump defender gets it wrong too.
Fusion GPS is an American company. Fusion GPS was first hired by the Free Beacon, a conservative outlet. Clinton's campaign hired Fusion GPS, an American company. They didn't hire a British agent.
The lies from Trump supporters is breathtaking.
Law? Is there a law that says that the President has to do what his subordinate tells him to do?
Not surprising that you don't know what the laws state about receiving something of value from a foreign government. Wray does. The educated people of the world do. You and Trump don't.
Mueller didn't charge. Is Mueller uneducated?
Or maybe the 'educated' people of the world know things which just aren't so?
Still not getting it right.
The only consequential information received from Russia by a campaign in 2016was the information compiled by Mr. Steele and paid for by the Democrats or Clinton campaign.
If laundering it through buffers makes all the difference in the world, then there is nothing to be outraged over regarding Mr. Trump's comments in the OP.
Hiring. She legally hired an investigator. Trump illegally accepted and is eager to illegally accept foreign intel agencies approaching him with dirt.
Actually, the president has to do what the law says. Unless that is, you believe the president is above the law. His FBI director says it is against the law to receive anything of value from a foreign entity in support of their political campaign. I wonder what he based that on?
Okay, but if Russia is the source of the intel, and Russia IS an adversarial country...
You get where I'm going here?
The point is moot. Hillary did not hire Steele. She hired Fusion GPS, an American firm.
From the viewpoint of the law, that is all that matters.
Steele isn't a source. He has no personal knowledge of that which his dossier contains.
Why do you trust anonymous Russian sources?
Nothing illegal about it.
Who said anything about Mueller charging for anything?
Do you not know the law either?
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. At all. Steele was british intel that specialized on russia and had extensive sources. Yeah i trust that more than being fed russian propaganda like trumpanzees prefer.
Why do you hate American and our allies Ath?
