And if Biden did...he would've just said so.

But allow me to get a little technical with the DC mask law for a moment. The president, even if he is golfing or on vacation or having a night out...is always on call, meaning, always on duty, right? Even Trump when he played golf (even though he said he would be too busy to play golf as president) was on duty. I think we can all agree on that, right?

So, here's a little tidbit from that DC law concerning federal employees who are on duty...from the OP's link that was provided:
